History

Established in 2008.

In 2008, I started off as a property manager for a friend, managing 75 units and overlooking 200+ tenants.

In 2009, after two and a half years of searching for a home to buy, I finally made an offer in September of 2009 and got it accepted. I went through four Real Estate Agents and two Lenders. My offer was finally accepted and I was represented by a Real Estate Agent who also represented the seller. We opened Escrow right away. I met with the seller and we agreed that he will move out on December 1, 2009. The seller did not cooperate and said he would not move. I was a first-​time homebuyer. Our closing date was December 18, 2009. I talked to my Agent, called the Escrow and the Police, and talked to Attorneys. No one could help! I ended up drafting a «Notice of Trespass» and served the seller via Legal Attorney Service. The seller moved out in one day! After that experience, I decided to become a Real Estate Agent to help people in difficult situations.
