Owners Background: Alan Kruger owner of Authentic New York Pizza was a chef in New York for 40 years, a certified executive chef by the American Culinary Association. With European training from
the naples region of Italy; only place in Corpus Christi where you will hear a New York accent.

Live music: Authentic New York Pizza provides live music from jazz to country starting at 6:30.
At Authentic New York Pizza you can walk in and find the owners day or night.
Great service: We have spent a lot of time finding the best servers around to give you the best
service in town
Bring your own beer (BYOB): You can bring your own beer and wine to the table and we will provide the
glasses.
You can walk in and ask Alan to make a special fish or shrimp order if you want it
spicy, or have Alan have your food come out as a surprise. We carry farmed Striped Bass and shrimp and
have a wide range of entrees to make how you want it.
We have five different great flavors of wings come try them all; whether it be a full order
or half order. All our wings are baked not fried.
Authentic New York Pizza is very involved with Christian organizations and family outreach
Our pizza is hand tossed artisan made by chefs trained directly by the owner to provide the best pizza

Established in 2011.
Wanting to bring authentic New York pizza to the wonderful town of Corpus Christi, chef Allan decided to be the first mom and pop shop in 20 years to open their doors.
Meet the Business Owner
Allan K.
Business Owner
Allan has worked in the food service industry for over 40 years. Started in the pizza business as an executive chef (ACFLI). In 2011 Allan decided to bring authentic New York Pizza to Corpus Christi. He is an award winning chef an elected member of chef de cuisine. Ran a five star restaurant in Long Island new York called Westbury manor for 30 years and was a chef partner of a premier catering house called The Inn at new high park. Currently, enjoying his semi-retirement as a chef here in Corpus Christi.
