I am a civil trial attorney. I have taken multiple cases to trial and won good verdicts for my clients. I focus on real estate litigation and transactions, including lending, securitization and foreclosure issues (incl. One Action Rule litigation). I also handle real estate development, landlord and tenant issues and zoning and development. I represent borrowers and lenders, developers and buyers, purchasers and sellers. With a law degree from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, I have practiced law throughout California since 1997.

A native of Santa Cruz County, Brian Liddicoat received his law degree (JD) from the Boalt Hall School of Law in 1996, along with his MBA from the Haas School of Business, both at UC Berkeley. Since then he has practiced real estate law, appearing in courts throughout the state of California on behalf of his clients.
