Terrible pickup times… they will swap boxes quick, but once you need it removed they take literally more than a week. Totally inexcusable. It’s all they do!
Woman on phone who runs board say they are on their way…4 days later… still nothing… not 4 hours later…4 days!
Terrible customer service and obviously either understaffed or lazy drivers or both.
Use Mill Valley Refuse or MRRC unless timeliness and service are unimportant to you…

They are my first call when we need a debris box. The office staff is first rate and are always friendly and helpful. If you are in a bind, they will do just about anything to help get a box to you (or removed) ASAP. The drivers are great. Want a box placed on boards so it doesn’t mess up your driveway? Not a problem. Need it Saturday and want it picked up on Monday? You got it. Fred’s an honest guy that charges an honest price. Sure, there are others you can call but Grange should be at the top of your list.

I’ve used Grange Debris Box & Wrecking probably ten times, maybe more, in the last four years. For household and garden debris disposal. Never a problem with Grange. They deliver promptly and pick up promptly. Their boxes are usually clean (i.e. no graffiti) and the last few I ordered were newly painted and looked good (bright and orange in my driveway, not dirty eyesores). Their delivery drivers are polite, friendly, and adept. I’m in the hills and my driveway is no driver’s idea of fun, but Fred Grange’s drivers manage to get it in the right spot without any problems. The office staff is helpful and patient. I think the prices are fair. Grange DB&WC, Inc. has been worthy of all praise, no complaints, ever. The process itself beats by a mile taking stuff to the dump in a pickup truck. I wish I’d figured that out long ago. That was entirely stressful. This, with the time you get to just toss things into the dumpster instead of having to fill a truck and hurry to the dump, is stress-​free.
