With over 15 years as a bodyworker, creative movement student, and meditator, her work is especially effective for people with stress in their lives as well as acute and chronic pain. Her approach to the body is looking at the system as a whole. She is a good problem solver and works to determine what the original root of the physical discomfort is; releasing tissue and thought patterns that hold muscle tissue in contraction.

Her work is effective for reducing stress as well as pain associated with headaches, neck and shoulder discomfort fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatic problems, rotator cuff injuries, arthritis, and foot pain. She works with people during their challenge with cancer and other life threatening diseases, for those who are in need a comforting, healing touch.

Massage modalities most often used in her work are Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral, Esalen style, Medical Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Structural Rebalancing, Pregnancy Massage and Reiki.

I was a CPA tax accountant for many years and know what it feels like to sit at a desk under stress for long periods of time. During tax season my one saving grace was getting a weekly massage after my midweek workout. In 1993 I took a massage class and found I loved giving massages and learning about the body. I started by giving massages to friends and family. Over the years my business has grown, mostly by word of mouth. Thank you all for your trust and friendship!
