Poise Ballet offer more than just a ballet class. We offer the most comprehensive Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) program, providing internationally recognized standards of training. We also offer Lyrical Jazz and Contemporary dance classes for 6 — 18 years old.

The entire Poise Ballet team has been absolutely wonderful to my family! My daughter is going on her second year with Teacher Terry and it’s the most excited of any of her extracurricular activities to date in her short life. Their instructors are remarkably patient with the younger students with no background in ballet, but also give the right amount of «pushing» to help develop a student’s skills — they give the perfect amount of balance. We’ve done a number of different ballet schools in the area, but none with the imagination and care that Poise Ballet brings to each class. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Adult Classes are now open; once a Week on Wednesday at 12:00 noon… for now with more to come…
