Established in 2010.

Conceptualized by Executive Chef Bob Simontacchi of Brick & Bottle bar and restaurant next to Book Passage. Brick and Bottle caters Refresh Café daily with delicious fresh foods.

Located in the Bay Club Marin, Refresh is convenient for members to grab a snack before or after working out and is also OPEN TO NON-​MEMBERS!

Business Owner

Blake Andros has been a pillar of the Marin community for many years. The owner of Blake’s Auto Body as well as proprietor of Brick & Bottle, he was born and raised in Corte Madera. With a generous spirit and an unwavering commitment to bettering his community, his passion for restaurants stemmed from his father’s career in the business.
