I have been practicing Ayurveda and massage since 2007. Over time I’ve learned and added many modalities to my practice, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Balancing, Polarity Therapy, Pancha Karma treatments, and Vedic Astrology (Jyotish).
