Brix opened its doors on July 27th, 2010 in the heart of Historical Downtown Cortland. Owners, Robby Petrella & Evan Souzas, created a vision unique to the local restaurant & bar scene, by recruiting the best talent available as well as well as building a «Pub» that is aesthetically beautiful. Their goal is to offer an unparalleled culinary experience as well as legendary service for a very affordable price. After three and a half years, Brix remains enthusiastic & continues to work towards their goals everyday!
