This taxi service should be ashame of themselves. Its either they are very late or they don’t show up at all. You try calling them again because you are beginning to worry that you are gonna miss your train, guess what, nobody will answer your call anymore. You judge their service yourself if you dare try to hire them. If only there is negative star.

I used to love using this service but then they made me wait 20 minutes for a cab and no one was answering the phone. I mean if you can’t pick up a customer just let them know. I also missed my train and I still had to pay.

We should have listened to the 1.5 star review that Yellow Pages gave them. We were quoted one fare and that quite changed during the ride. Started at $ 10 and hot as high as $ 32. We ended up paying half of that. The cab had no taxi markings on it which was odd and the driver used a Garmin to get around. Felt I got sucked into a scam. I will not use them again.

The taxi services, Hudson River, L&L need to work on the cleanliness and professionalism of their cars and drivers. Not up to NYC standards

Dispatcher and drivers are incredibly rude and unintelligible. There was one time the driver crossed the double yellow line because he was running late and we almost collided with another car… SO close to a huge accident. We were already late, I needed to catch a train but the driver proceeded to pick up two more people. I did make the train, but I will never call this service again.

I haven’t been picked up from my house to the Peekskill train station since that incident last summer.
I have, however, taken L&L from the train station to my house. Because the cabs are aware of the train schedule, there will be cars waiting at the station, which is nice. 3 other people piled into the cab with me (they were all dropped off first). I didn’t fear for my life in the cab or anything and didn’t get any attitude, so I guess that’s a plus.
