Typical used car salesman. Bought an 07 Fusion 30 day 3000 mile warranty, car sat while son was at college. After 70 days and 900 miles the engine had a catastrophic failure throwing the rods thru the block. Contacted them to see if they would help with the repairs and they refused. Any reputable dealer would have at least assisted even if it was to offer a reduced labor rate. Needless to say, $ 2500+ and a new engine the car is back on the road no thanks to Newmans. I guess i know where Seinfeld got the idea for his character.

Fair and Square. These guys are true small businessman who do a good job and don’t screw you over. I’d buy a used car from them any day of the week.

Honesty. I know car repairs are expensive but whom do you trust? Time after time I have brought my car to Newman and sons and have never been disappointed. Fast and reliable work complimented by a trust that they have earned over 15 years of them servicing my car. Best example was a few months ago my engine was making a horrible noise. I went on a half dozen internet sites trying to figure out what the cause was and found out that I was probably gonna pay close to or over a thousand dollars. Danny, the owner, told me to call back after a few hours. With a heavy heart I called him expecting bad news and was told I owed him 50 bucks for a bottle of engine oil cleaner. Apperently some small chip got stuck in some part of the engine and was causing the problem. Danny could of screwed me over royally but instead did the right and honest thing. As he has done with all my other cars. The noise never came back but I will.
