If I could give this place a zero I would especially zero for Ray. I’ve had tint work done in the past by Louie and it was perfect so I figured I have the same results again, boy was I wrong. I had the two front windows done and was told it would take 40 minutes…1hr and ½ later out comes the car. Ray apologized and said its taking longer because he wants it to look good. After I look over the work I notice a few scratches and he says they will come out in a few days. Fast forward 4 days… tint is still scratched. I call we make another appointment and I show up and Louie is out of town… great so he calls in this other guy. Starts the work while his guy is on the way and after an 1hr and ½ invited me to the back to see one side done and it looks great! 10min later the other side is done and he rolls it out. I look over the driver side and of course it has a few scratches in the corner about the size of a putty knife. I ask him to come take a look and he comes over and rips the tint off both windows and tells me I’ll refund you. What an asshole! I’m like dude are you serif right now what are you doing? He says, nah no big deal no big deal? Really you are attacking my car you jerk. He says go to Putnam window tint. There is no such thing as «perfect tint» I can’t help you. Needless to say I’m pissed and he really could care less. This is terrible business and I would never step foot in this crappy place again. I call Putnam window tint and I guess he used to work there and he’s a hot head that does this crap all the time when he messes up. Looking forward to getting my perfect tint elsewhere.

Did a great job on my windows tints. Fast service and finished on time. Price was comparable to other shops. Very satisfied with their work.

These guys took great care of me. I bought a new 2015 Nissan Xterra this past August. It’s my baby. When I traded in my POS 2012 Jeep Liberty I gave up DVD, Nav, and some other stuff that I missed terribly (all I missed about the liberty). Ray at Auto Image was able to install my new pioneer stereo with all the bells and whistles, including microphone for Bluetooth, iPod/​iPhone connection for a VERY reasonable price. Most importantly, he understood how nervous I was about having my dashboard torn apart and put back together. His work was FLAWLESS! Looked like it came from the factory this way. 5 stars isn’t enough for Auto Image!

The quality and professionalism provided by Ray was incredible. I called Ray early in the week and asked for an appointment to tint the windows to my new RDX. I told Ray that I needed an early appointment and that I needed the car back before noon. Ray accommodated both of my requests and delivered a great product. I am very happy with the quality of the service, products, and price. I will definitely use Ray’s detailing services when he moves to his new location by Savannahs BBQ. Cheers.

Ray was able to do a same day aux integration on my 2004 Porsche Cayenne. He was easy to deal with and didn’t seem to be trying to rip me off. Something that can’t be said for other places around here. Will be coming back with my other car soon!

I called Auto Images asking for a same day appointment to tint my windows, Ray was able to accommodate me quickly. His price was very competitive compared to other businesses. He ran through all my choices of tint levels and showed me a car with the tint level I desired. Ray even offered me a ride to the mall across the street as well as pick up, when the job was done.
The job took about 2 hours, it was well done and looks great.
I would highly recommend Auto Images, for anyone who is looking to get a tint job (he also does car stereos, remote starts and other services). He is conveniently located in northern Westchester which is also a short drive from Putnam and Dutchess Counties. Call Ray, you won’t be disappointed!

AVOID!!!
He installed an automatic door opener on my 2012 Honda Odyssey and never had the sense, professionalism or decency to inform me that this install would DISABLE one of the sliding doors!!! He turned my 2012 Honda into a 1998 Honda!!! I have 3 kids and the sliding doors is why I bought the Odyssey in the first place! I went to his dilapidated shop the next day to complain and he said he would take the system out the next day with a full refund. The next day came and he told my husband that he didn’t like the way I spoke to him and that he would call the police if we went to get it un-​installed (he didn’t like that I was upset for losing the car for a full day and now would lose again for yet another day). He told my husband to sue him… so we did! The judge clearly saw how ridiculous the situation was and found him liable to refund our money. Of course he ignored the court’s order and we had to have the Sheriff’s office handle the situation. It should also be noted that he put tint in another car a couple of years prior and they removed my car from the shop without my permission and the tint had dog hair in it.
