Jaramillo’s Deli & Grill

Dropped in on this unassuming new deli to grab some ham and bread and was pretty surprised at how amazing the hot food appeared. Looks like they offer Italian, Spanish and American options per the pretty roast chicken, rice and beans, pork shank and potatoes, chicken marsala and oven baked ribs.
The perfect crispy red glaze on those ribs made me have to try one. It was only one rib but let me tell you it might be the single best baked (not smoked) rib I’ve had. It was moist yet not over sauced and not too fatty with a great crispiness. I knew just by looking at them they’d be great.
Like I said the other food looked awesome, way better than you normally see in the average deli. (I should’ve taken a picture). I will return and report back. Really nice owners too.
