I attended beauty school and started working in my first beauty salon in California. Shortly after my completion of beauty school I moved back to Oregon. I worked in several salons in the Corvallis area to refine my skill and develop my expertise. Once I had reached a certain point I knew it was time to start my own business. I enjoyed the time spent at Bella Capelli Salon before, during and after getting my haircut. Amy is serious about not only offering you a haircut you will love, but making sure your hair is being cared for properly. I respect that. I like that Amy was open and honest with her philosophy of life, she is a real Corvallis treasure. We are lucky to have such a high end stylist in town. I too have to seriously budget my money but she was worth it.

This Beaver’s a fan.
I was in dire need of a good wax, and since the closest sugaring salon is in PDX, I decided to just find a good place to get [conventionally] waxed. Bella Capelli is in a great location if you find yourself at OSU a lot (which I do), and the salon is pretty nice. The actual waxing process was great, and I was impressed with how quick and, as Stephanie K. said, relatively painless it was.
I picked up one of the «5 waxes, get one 50% off» cards from Becky, too!

Their tagline here is «Get your beaver waxed!» Gotta love any place that just throws it out there like that.
This place is a cute salon and I the owners and stylists here are awesome. They’re very open and definitely don’t censor themselves, at least with me, which I love.
They do a great job at waxing, very quick and relatively painless. One of the waxers has a card where if you get 5 waxes from here, you get 50% off the next one. Pretty awesome deal!
