History

Established in 1993.

In business since 1993 and transformed in 2002. Henderer Construction decided that in order to make the remodeling and construction process as stress-​free for our clients as possible, we needed a residential designer in-​house. Designer Gary Pope was hired, bringing with him over 10 years of design experience. Now we are able to guide our clients from the early design phase through project completion, with more qualitative and expedient results.

Henderer Construction transformed in 2006: We became Henderer Design + Build, relocated to a new office, and updated our look and logo. This company-​wide makeover helped announce our new focus as a dynamic, full-​service design and build firm.

Our family business has grown into a successful company, where clients are so pleased with their experiences, they keep coming back to us for their home remodeling needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Dave H.

Business Owner

After graduating from high school, Dave worked for a local lumberyard for several years. He then went on to work for local builders, learning everything from concrete work to finish carpentry. Dave discovered he enjoyed interacting with clients on residential projects. Thus, when he had the opportunity to work with his dad, Chuck, and brother, Dan, they incorporated and formed Henderer Construction in 1994.

Dave grew up in Corvallis and has been married to his wife Shelley since 1991. They have 3 children, Rylee, Caleb, and Olivia. In his spare time, Dave enjoys bicycling, city league softball, and hiking with his family.
