I bring a gentle, direct, and respectful style to my work. The theoretical orientation I use is known as psychodynamic, one of the most commonly used types of psychotherapy. At the same time, my approach is to encourage each client to find answers within themselves. I see life’s struggles and difficult passages as opportunities to deepen one’s self-understanding and to find new paths for self-discovery.
