Established in 1999.

Pangaea is the name of the earth before the plates separated, when the continents of the world were all connected. The name Pangaea Massage evokes the image of the body «reconnecting» with itself and returning to its original healthful state. This philosophy is also applicable to the wellness model integrating the body, mind and spirit in effort to achieve overall balance and general well-​being.

Business Owner

Clare has been practicing therapeutic massage since 1999, is licensed in both NY and CT and is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT. She practices integrated Swedish massage and specializes in sports, deep tissue and medical. Clare has enjoyed a rewarding and successful career over the years with a practice that has included a broad spectrum of professional opportunities.
