Very nice service. Alex from the A&B towing was very friendly, helpful, fast, 100% perfect service !!!

I have used AAA a handful of times and I’ve always had great service but today was exceptional. I had two flat tires and AAA sent out a crane style tow truck rather than the typical flat bed. In either case, Tito, the tow truck driver who was dispatched was able to help and even though it look more work than it would have with a flat bed, he had a great attitude and had a positive demeanor. He made great conversation the entire time and to honest, I was dreading the whole situation beforehand but he made the experience pleasant and made it go by quickly. I am a AAA customer, however, I will probably be using A&B towing in the future given my experience. Wish all the employees had Tito’s positive and pleasant attitude!

I have dealt with AAA ON several occasions and they have always sent A&B towing to help me. The drivers are always nice and courteous and they offer me water. If the driver wasn’t able to help me I had them tow my car to the repair place. Some of these people and their ignorant statements about illegals and what not is so rude! Keep up the good work drivers!

I got a flat tire about two weeks ago and when I called AAA they sent out a company called A and B Towing. When the guy showed up he barely spoke English (was an illegal alien) and when I told him I am pregnant and asked him to check to see if my tire had a hole in it, he refused to do so. I also asked him to tow me to a place where I could see if I need to get a new tire and he refused that as well. He put air in the tire and even after I told him if the tire blows out of goes flat while I am driving, I could have a wreck and miscarriate, he left. I also told him I had an important doctor’s appointment later that day so the tire had to be good so I could not miss that appointment. He still left anyway. So I went back into the office where I work (it was around 11:30AM PST) and when I came back out of the office around 3:30PM, to go to a medically necessary doctor’s appointment (I had a fainting spell earlier and had double vision), the tire was flat again. Livid, I called Auto Club again saying this should have been fixed earlier and to get someone out to my office right away so I did not miss my doctor’s appointment. I told the woman on the phone I was sick and I was pregnant, and was out in the heat with no water. Rather than be sympathetic she was rude the entire time, sarcastic, and talked over me the entire time. She then called the same company who messed up the first time, A and B Towing. I already told her I did not want the same company. I called the tow company to see where they were and they said they were 2 minutes away. I told them they should have fixed the problem the first time and they are now risking me missing my medically necessary doctor’s appointment. The rude and sarcastic receptionist said the driver would be there in two minutes. An hour later (yes they made me miss my appointment), it turns out though the company was 5 minutes away, the driver got lost. He got lost because he was also illegal and spoke no English at all. When he did show up I am not sure if he was on drugs or what but he was so out of it he kept driving by me. Though I am pregnant I had to wave him down. When he did arrive he was very rude and not only would not check my tire for a hole but he too refused to tow me to a tire place where I could get my tire checked and/​or get a new tire. After he put air in my tire I called Auto Club and told them they better not charge me for those two calls and had better not pay that tow company because not only did they make me miss my doctor’s appointment but they did not tow me like they are supposed to. And not only did they not fix it the first time but they were an hour late the second time. The manager on the phone said no problem, I would not be charged, and that company would not be paid – if the calls counted and the company was paid I said I would cancel my membership. Then I get a letter from The Auto Club of Southern California claiming they are canceling me for using profanity on the phone when such was not the case and I had a serious medical condition that needed immediate attention. Rather than apologizing and taking responsibility for their actions, they retaliated against me by canceling me. They took no adverse action against the tow truck company A and B towing who hires illegals who don’t speak English. Do not ever work with Auto Club or A and B Towing!

Quick friendly service. A tow truck was there within 5 minutes of me calling with a very knowledgeable and helpful tow truck driver. They have fair prices and from what I’ve seen very friendly and knowledgeable drivers. I will be using them if I ever get in the unfortunate incident of needing them again while I’m in that area. I highly recommend this company.

My transmission went out close to South Coast Plaza and I needed to be towed to my garage in Huntington Beach. It was dark out and I was a bit nervous because my husband was at work and couldn’t help me. Tito was my driver and he was so nice and he put me at ease. I wanted to avoid the extra towing charge so he let me choose the route to my mechanics shop. I was impressed with this company.

A & B Towing is THE BEST! My car broke down on the 405 and Euclid. Three drivers and trucks showed up within 10 minutes of being called by AAA. I am handicapped and had 2, 17 yr olds with me, so they got me into one truck and the kids in another, took us all home. The drivers were funny yet professional. It was a great experience. The day was Monday so people are not as sharp, the assistant was friendly, but when asked to do one thing extra, fibbed and said”I can‘t I forgot my compresser”, I bought a battery, and they forgot the invoice, I had to go the next day to pick it up, he had it ready but, still not up to par with my schedule, p .s., his friends came back during the process to check on meeting for lunch, the could have had a compressor for my tires, good thing the are close, but professionalism is questionable!!!-S.S.

(Tried to enter separate reviews in praise of 2 different drivers on Valentine’s Day Night — Unilocal won’t play, so I had to combine them) We want to complement the EXCELLENT assistance of stinger-​truck driver Steve B, and flat-​bed driver Gregory G.: Steve was friendly and business-​like as he prepared to hook-​up our disabled Mercury hybrid from the 8:40 p.m. darkness of the outside shoulder of the 405 Fwy, and move us to a safe, well-​lighted location; his stinger-​truck wasn’t suited to transport our small SUV the 50 miles back home, so he coordinated with A-&-B Dispatch — a flat-​bed driver colleague — to complete the task. We wished Steve B an as-​good-​as-​possible Valentine’s night — my wife offering tips for refreshing the the slightly-​wilted flowers he had stashed in his truck — ready to present to his date…
Arriving ~ 9:30 PM, Gregory G. was cheerful despite having to work even-​later into this evening — expertly loading our undriveable Mercury hybrid onto his flat-​bed, and driving us the ~50 miles back to home. He provided engaging conversation — and kept his cool — through some truly nasty Downtown L.A. traffic. We gave Gregory some route tips to the drop-​off spot, and then back to the freeway — so he could return home for what was left of HIS Valentine’s Day night.

These guys are extremely rude and unprofessional. You should NOT trust them with your car! The guy parked illegally, blocked other cars nearby, refused to move when asked to, then became unbelievably rude and vulgar, cursing in public, making threats, etc. cannot believe they would employ someone who acts like that!
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE JERKS!

I use A& B Towing regularly to tow my 1967 Mustang during a lengthy restoration process. Additionally, we use them at my work (Auto Repair Shop) for all of our towing. These guys are great. They show up on time, use the latest greatest equipment, and charge a fair rate.
The towing industry is filled with some interesting characters. In using these guys more than a dozen times, I’ve never had an issue.
Highly recommend!

Called AAA today because I had a flat tire. They recommended A and B Towing. Tito showed up and was absolutely wonderful. He came within 20 minutes and changed my flat tire in no time. He also checked my other three tires to make sure they had enough air in them.
I’m so happy AAA recommended A and B Towing specifically Tito.

Broke down on the 73 toll road and I called A&B towing and they got to me very quick! Tow truck driver «Alex» did an outstanding job! Very professional highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Scammers and criminals running a racket. Joe lied to my insurance to stall them over a weekend just to squeeze three days of extra fees out of me, and then lied to my face claiming «oh they just didn’t hear me right» without even looking me in the eyes, completely disrespecting and dismissing me regardless of the fact that two people with my insurance corroborated the story. Nothing but crooked, unaccomadating criminals working here. They deserve to be reported and shut down if they think they can just take advantage of everyone they want, but they have a deal with FVPD and are as untouchable as that corrupt department. First rate liars through and through, I only hope more innocent people aren’t taken for the ride I was, but I know I wasn’t the first and I won’t be the last. Watch out for your own sake.

Well I see others have now experienced what I did. AAA called them they illegally impounded my car, when in fact the CHP told them to store it. I actually had to call the police to get my car back. They stole it and were holding it for ransom (their fee) they messed with the wrong blond that day. The CHP called them and told them to release my car. They were a nightmare. My car died no power on 405, my purse was locked in the trunk with my AAA card, I had to go with my child in an ambulance. I was driving her to UCLA AT The Time to be addmitted. This place is shady

A & B towing was very professional and customer service savvy. I was stuck at work when my car wouldn’t turn on. Called A & B and soon came Raul to my job, he tested the battery and saw that it was drained but he also tested my alternator just to make sure that was not the problem. In the end it really was my battery. In little to no time Raul replaced my battery and he was very nice too because it was a very hot day and I was burning up. Raul suggested that I wait in my car and turn on the AC while he changed my battery and he even gave me a water bottle to stay refreshed. I would definitely recommend A&B to any one awesome job!

Justin is the man. He came to the scene when he said he would and not a minute later. He was also very personable and great to talk to. If you’re ever stuck in this area, go to A&B.

Car stalled at parking lot at Bookoff. Called AAA at 7:18pm and I already received call from Steve, technician, for an update on time of arrival. He was on site by 7:31p.m. Steve was kind and helpful and even diagnose my battery that it needed to be replace. I had my batteries jumped and I am up and going. I am very grateful fot their prompt and courteous service provided.

I had service with A & B Towing via Triple A. I needed to have my car towed from my mechanic (Hiro’s Auto Repair) to my residence. Here’s why the five stars:
