History

Established in 2013.

Adams & Pham APC was established in 2013 by Joseph Adams and Jeff Pham.

Prior to co-​founding the firm, Mr. Pham served as in-​house corporate counsel to CoreLogic, Inc. (NYSE: CLGX) and then as principal of Pham Law Group. Mr. Adams previously practiced with the firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, and then as principal of the Law Office of Joseph M. Adams.

He took my case and worked miracles to settle my case. He was prompt in responses and on top of my case. Joseph Adams was excellent and he exceeded any and all of my expectations.

Was referred to Jeff Pham by a close friend of my mothers because of his specialty in dealing with employment law. My last employer had held onto my final check for several months, and finally when I had received it the check had bounced the following day. When I came in contact with Jeff the whole procedure had taken a lot less time than I had expected. Jeff was very friendly and understanding of the situation, but the most important part for me was just how quick he was able to have my case settled. I highly recommend him and his firm to anyone dealing with employment issues as I believe he will be able to resolve your issue in an unbelievable time frame. Also as a last note I couldnt be happier with how everything was handled and just how quickly he was able to respond to my emails and concerns about my case, and how he promptly kept me updated on the matters of my case.

When you need to enlist legal expertise for your business and livelihood, you want someone who is going to go above and beyond to educate you on the things you simply are not expected to know. Jeff Pham has been my legal counsel for the last 5 years running and he’s always thinking ahead for me so I can focus on running my business.
As a business owner, my goal is to grow the company. Finding a good lawyer to help me form the business, draw up all the contracts and agreements, and make sure I’m not exposing myself to any liabilities allows me to do exactly that.

I was referred to Attorney Jeff Pham by a friend to draft contracts for my business venture. I am a first time business owner and don’t know exactly what I needed to have done for the business on the legal aspect, but Jeff was very helpful. He drafted the contracts according to what I wanted and also went the extra mile to come to my business to go over the contracts with us. He was very accommodating to my busy work/​business schedule. I think Jeff is an honest and resourceful attorney. And, his fees are affordable!!! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs assistance with the legalities for their business.

With my business getting ready to launch I knew I had to make sure my policies, client agreements, corporate documents, etc. were in place. I was referred to Jeff Pham and to say he was great would be an understatement. Not only did he complete the legal work needed in a timely manner, he took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions (which were a lot). Once Jeff was retained he was in the corner of my business and it really felt like he was part of the team. I never once felt like I was just a client in his «queue».
