AG Jeans

Personable and friendly staff! Great customer service! I bought the cigarette stilt a few months ago, unfortunately had a defective pair… brought them back in and the girls helped me find another pair and took care of me. I’m very happy. Can’t go wrong with AG jeans.

This is a great store for AG jeans. But, and this is just my experience, I’ve come in twice and purchased jeans that shouldn’t have made it past quality control. One time a back pocket was missing a seam and the second time the zipper mechanism was broken. Both instances were resolved with replacement jeans (they only had one of my size in stock at the time), but how did they even make it onto the floor? The staff is quiet and friendly though, and they were more than happy to help me and were apologetic both times with the issues. I prefer stiffer denim now, but if I ever want soft and comfortable, I’ll be right back here.

Before coming into the store I was of the belief that it’s absolutely ridiculous that a pair of jeans should cost $ 200. Like the other reviewer below my previous jeans were far less expensive (between $ 80 and $ 120) and when I was making the purchase I felt so guilty however; I’m delighted with the product in comparison to other jeans I own.
On the Protoge straight leg jeans I purchased, compared to other designer jeans, the waist is a little generous (you may need to go down a size). The thigh is nice and slim, so if you have runners legs, these jeans will fit very well.
The customer service here spectacular. Normally when you think of high-​end stores there is a sense of entitlement and arrogance with the people who work there. From my experience at AG this is far from the case.
Eddie the sales rep and Jen the store manager were so great. Eddie is a nice kid who’s very honest, genuine and has a real mature demeanor about himself.
Jen, the store manager is down to earth, very accommodating and just a great person. She is very sweet and has a girl next door quality about her.

I never thought I would purchase jeans which cost $ 200 let alone buy two pairs however; AG has a wonderful product, great people working there and I’m looking forward to purchasing more from this location.
