We’ve done thorough research and found that most attorneys charge $ 2500 up and they don’t provide anywhere near to the services that are provided through AmeriEstate. And, AmeriEstate provides a 100% money-​back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the process up to three days after you talk to the assigned attorney, which is usually 2 – 3 weeks into the process. We found the process to be very professional, excellent customer service, spent 2 hours on the phone with our assigned attorney (who was out of San Diego) and never was charged any extra money for the added time. The Trust was delivered to our home by the notary that notarized our signatures and explained every section (12 total) and how to even make changes with the section that holds the amendment forms. There were 13 signatures for each of us and NO EXTRA CHARGE! WOW! The delivery person/​notary also showed us how to write an asset transfer letter (included in the Trust) and get all of our assets into the Trust. To correct Jetsforme M., they are based in Costa Mesa, CA with five regional offices in six other states. Managed Assets was probably the delivery agent for the company that does the seminars in Bay Area. If our delivery person had been rude, we were instructed to call the AmeriEstate office and report it. They would have assigned you to a much nicer delivery person.
We love the price, we love the product, we love the service. We like the fact that they have been in business for over 18 years, hold an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and have not had one person successfully challenge any Trusts they have had written by their attorney network. And, they provide membership in their legal plan for one full year (inclusive) so that any changes you need done are included, and you can take advantage of the Docu-​Bank service — incredible if you travel much. We do, so we love it! A company called Help-​U-​Save presented AmeriEstate and Help-​U-​Save also helped prepare the paperwork for the attorney and delivered the Trust to our home. If you are getting a Trust, you should call help-​U-​Save and have them deliver the information; they do a fantastic job presenting AmeriEstate; and, they know their stuff.

Ameriestate Legal Plan completed a Revocable Living Trust for my mother and she couldn’t be happier. Horrible experience! They do seminars in the Bay Area, but they are based in Los Angeles. Then they pawn you off to some company named Managed Assets out of Orange County, and they try to sell you on a financial service they provide.
Managed Assests can only meet you at they’re time because they have to fly here from Orange County, very rude and snobby. I ended up handling myself. That’s what $ 1295 gets you.
