When I first came to open my bank account, the lady helping me asked me «how long have you been in the US?» WT? I replied back to her, «longer than you have because I was born here «,

All these bad reviews say nothing but the truth.
I agree with all of you because their lines are ridiculous sometimes… it’s definitely a management problem!
I spoke to the manager about this because I could have not left my business closed in order to stand on this hour line to make my urgent deposit.& he refused! He said I wasn’t the only one waiting and he wasn’t going to make an exception!
There were many people waiting YES but it wouldn’t be as bad if he decided to open up the business line every day!
I come here because I have to and it’s to closest location but I’d rather go to another location if I ever need anything on regards to my personal account.

This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. I have been treated rudely here on multiple occasions. From the tellers to the personal bankers. It must be a management problem.
For example, I spoke with a personal banker, Kevin, this evening to inquire about my savings account. He wasn’t helpful at all. He made me feel like I was wasting his time.
After receiving such poor service, I called Bank of America customer service to close my savings account. I would go as far to say that the poor service I received at this branch is the exact reason I closed my savings account.
Hopefully, I will never have to use this branch again.

Unbearable. Waited 30 minutes in the teller line. They didn’t open up another window with a huge long waiting line, while employees walked back & forth from behind the glass windows. Unfortunately this is the closest BofA, but try to stop at another location when possible.

not gonna lie, i feel extremely unsafe at this b of a… parking lot is dirty, located right next to the scumbag of america, that is the dmv, and i just get this gut feeling that i should be really careful with every action here at b of a.
anything located west of the 55 fwy is nice, and east of the 55 turns like drastically ghetto… and unfortch this b of a is a little too far east of the 55.
i forgot my debit card while stopping by for a deposit one time and decided to just head in to see the teller boy was it a bad mistake. the line was about 20 people deep on a rainy saturday afternoon. people in line were looking utterly clueless, i knew i didn’t have to make my deposit that badly to stay in line so i left.
so there you have it, my gut feelings. my gut tells me, stay away.

I think no star for this location Bank of America because not enough parking lot and very very slow for service. I was wait so very long time in the line… And more a lot of thing for no good…

This is the worst fucking bank… you stand in line for an hour with these people com8ng to talk to you in line instead of going behind the counter and helping people. You have 2 tellers and 6 capable other people walking around in suits trying to look important and not helping anyone. They are having system situations with one teller so instead of having other people help they wait 50 min for the one computer to get fixed. What a bunch of idiots… i have never had such horrible service. knowing its the holiday season you should have more help

i wish i could five this bank zero stars. it is the worst bank on earth. the line is always long. they never have the biz lone open, the tellers are poorly trained. there little to no management or leadership to speak of.
there is a security guard outside all day because of all the homeless people who mill around like zombies outside. trash and garbage is all over the parking lot. u would think the security guard could pick it up since he does nothing all day.
horrible bank. do not bank here. it is an awful experience.

Unfortunately awful. If I could rate negative stars I would. The customer service is non existent. Expect Long wait times an hour+ to talk to a teller. Don’t even try to talk with the manager, he’ll tell you it’s your own fault for not using an atm to deposit. Just unfortunate.

This bank just sucks. I’m here and 40 people in line with 2 tellers… Really now? No wonder it has no stars…

If i could give this bank a negative star i would. i went in for a name change and got nothing but rudeness. first of all customer service over the phone gave me wrong information (typical of boa) and so when i went in, the banker Nancy was extremely rude and basically told me that its not her fault that i received wrong information. she sat there rolling her eyes as she was contacting her escalations department while talking about me RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! The manager was nice, after i voiced my complaint, i left the branch. however, he made the banker call me back and continue assisting me. i received a survey from bofa regarding my branch experience which i didn’t take just because i had nothing nice to say and didn’t want to be mean… HOWEVER, i just found out that my name change NEVER TOOK PLACE!!! OMG! Are you kidding me??? in addition, when i called the branch, i got the run around and apparently the manager left the branch, i called customer service and they give blank apologizes but don’t care to go above and beyond to resolve the issue and i even got hung up on by a customer service rep. WOW! Bofa is really working hard to receive the awful reputation they have. they do their best to do as little work as possible blaming policy and restrictions on their systems. its ridiculous. after 20 years, I’m leaving bank of america.

I’ve never come into this bank and had to wait less than a half an hour to speak with a banker. Which happens often because Bank of America has had more than their fair share of screw-​ups.
Even mid-​day Monday. 45 minute wait. Cheesus.

Good lord this bank has bad reviews. Onr and a half star. geez this branch needs help.
Lucky im a chase veteran and refuse to leave.
The only reason im here is to deposit money for someone out of state that. branches with them.

This BofA is creepy… especially at night. Never ever again.

What can you say about BofA? They are who they are, primarily only go here for the great ATM service and it’s across from my gym. To me, that’s a win-​win. There’s at least 3 terminals and it may be 4 so there’s not much of a wait there.
I see the horror stories about inside the place, thankfully I’ve never had to deal.

Worst ever… by far.
The manager Joe Ortiz and the rest of the non-​teller people all hung out at one person’s desk and pretty much ignored me.
I had my account compromised and had fraudulent charges. When I called BofA, they said they sent the info to Joe and one other person. I finally got his attention and he said he never saw it and totally blew me off.
Someone finally helped me, she told me she closed my account, shut down the card and opened a new account.
She lied
All she did was open a new account and shut down my card.
I went my regular bank today because my online banking is locked down and they told me this lady didn’t close the other account and now another charge is processing so this branch cannot shut it down now so I might have to file another fraud claim.
I asked the person at the other branch how often this happens and she said all the time.
If this happens all the time, you would think they would have a less absurd solution then, «Wait till the fraud charges stop so we can finally close the account.

Customer Service Manager — Horrible! Don’t go to this bank. The Customer Service Manager is a very condescending, rude employee. I was treated like an animal by her because she was probably in a bad mood that day.
Customer Service Manager — 0 stars. If there was a way to put a negative score on this bank, I would do so. She needs to learn some etiquette and go get some education before she starts talking down to her customers.
DON’T GO TO THIS BANK!!!
