Fast, easy, cheaper than others and the reps are very polite. I will check here before anywhere else for all my tickets.

I bought tickets to the LA King’s game back in December as a gift for my husband and son. The ticket prices were very reasonable and the seats were amazing. Barry’s Tickets provides great customer service. I appreciated the follow up call. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Spent two days, trying to buy the tickets they had for sale? E-​delivery turned out to be something this company cannot and should not be doing. What a bad experience and follow up. Maybe it works when you live in LA, but if you intend to use your credit card and do things over the Internet, good luck. Faxing something back? For real? 2015?
At the end of the day I feel sorry for the people who tried selling their tickets through this site, they are most likely going to end up not getting them sold.
Maybe no hidden fees, but also no tickets. Never again

Extremely unhappy with the service I received. I ordered and paid for my tickets in June for an August Hollywood Bowl Concert. I was promptly charged for the tickets on my credit card in June and was informed that it might take months before I receive my tickets for a Hollywood Bowl concert because the Bowl does not send tickets until a week before the event. Personally, I have never experienced this delay with any purchase of tickets at the Bowl, however, I was patient. In July I called to followup and was told to be patient and that Barry’s Tickets would be certain to notify when the tickets arrive. I called in August, and again told the tickets were not in. Finally, a few days before the concert after NOT hearing from Barry’s as I was informed by email and phone, and according to their website, I called and was told, «Oh yeah, they’re here». Hard to believe that those tickets had not been sitting around and I simply was not notified.

I’ve used Barry’s twice for Angel’s tickets. Overall, great experience. No disappointments.

Amazingly hospitable staff. I was running behind, and the nicest employee waited 15 mins past closing for me to give me tickets to a baseball game day of. Thank you!

great to get tickets for sporting events or concerts. website is easy to use and theres no service fees. they also are good with their social media– @BarrysTickets and have contests to win tickets for certain events. They are giving great competition for other ticketing sites.

Sherri ur right I had a sale gone bad they gave me the tickets I’m very un happy be careful ask for their name before a sale!!!

Barry’s had cheaper tickets for the Kings v. Ducks playoffs home game, so we bought them, and checked the box to digitally print them. Over the weekend, we received a voicemail stating we had to sign and fax a waiver in order to download the tickets. We did not get a chance to fax the waiver until Monday morning, and by then, Barry’s had already sold our tickets to another vendor. Sketchy? Yep!
I understand the high demand for these tickets, but I can’t believe, after we already agreed to pay the extra fee for the download, they required us to FAX in a signature. And if that was necessary, why didn’t they have us commit an E-​signature at checkout? I’m more than upset with this kind of service. StubHub has never let me down, such a shame we tried Barry’s for our first and last time.

First of all I had to upload a new photo of the storefront with sign because the old photo had my friends confused when looking for the place! I hope that helps other people find it. This place is small but the staff are very friendly and helpful, they had the seats I wanted for the LA Kings with no fees so that was cool. It was nice to know about the other locations Barry’s has and I will be checking them out next time I need tix!

Great service… pretty good pricing if you do your homework as far as brokers are concerned. Never had an issue with seat or ticket delivery so that’s a big plus for me.

I’m officially a fan of Barry’s! Purchased 4 tickets to an Angels game at below face value. Got an email from Rick to call him, for he was able to offer me upgraded tickets at no extra charge! Originally I had purchased 3^rd baseline tickets Row V. Rick moved me up to Row J. I highly recommend Barry’s Tickets to anyone looking for great deals on great event tickets!

I used Barry’s Tickets to obtain last minute tickets to Neil Diamond at the Honda Center & I’m so glad I did! Chris, and his assistant, were very thorough & helpful in finding me killer seats on such short notice. They really made me feel that they wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible, and I did! My tickets were conveniently left for p/​u across Katella Ave. at JT Schmid’s Restaurant & Brewery. After a brief wait in line, I made my way to the Honda Center and enjoyed a truly amazing concert from a musical legend.
I highly recommend Barry’s Tickets for your next entertainment outing. Highly satisfied dealing with Chris & his assistant for what was a truly memorable «Hot August Night»!

I bought & paid for 4 very overpriced tickets from the on EBay. The next day I get an email from them saying the tickets are no longer available! I am sure they just sold them to someone else for a higher price after selling them to me. Shady company. I would NEVER buy anything from them ever again.

Was searching everywhere for good seats for the Los Lobos Cinco de Mayo show. Barry’s had the best deal by far. I saved money by driving to their Costa Mesa office to pick up my tickets. The deal was so good I was beginning to worry that maybe it was too good to be true. Turns out everything was perfect! The seats were awesome.
I found Barry’s by doing a Google search. The price was better than the other agencies I had looked at, so I called to make sure they were legit. I also looked on Unilocal.When i called, the man on the phone was super helpful. The reviews on Unilocal were great, so I went for it.
Barry’s will be my ‘go-​to’ place for tickets to all future events. I love not having to pay ridiculous service charges for tickets! Give Barry’s a call or go to their site the next time you need tickets to anything!

Bought tickets for an event more than 4 months in advance, chose the option to let barrys find equal or better tickets. Our seats were on the far edge of the row, where our view was obstructed. Will use alternate vendors for future tickets.

As shown through the picture I posted, we made the game up in Oakland… great seats… plus I proposed to my girlfriend during halftime!!! I will definitely use Barry’s Tickets in the future!

I called several places to get Idol tickets. Barry’s tickets was by far the most helpful and easiest to work with. They explained our seating options, costs of event and service processing. They seemed honest, and above-​board. I will definitely do business with them again!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review! We ordered our tickets over a month before we were to leave for Texas to see the last Monday night football game to be held in the Texas Stadium. We called to verify the tickets had arrived in Costa Mesa and then drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our tickets the weekend before we were leaving. When we got there all they had was the parking pass. They promised to mail them on Monday next day air. We contacted them Monday and they gave us a tracking number to tell us the tickets were going out that day. Tuesday they did not come. We contacted them Tuesday and they gave us another tracking number and said the tickets were going out that day. Our plane was leaving on Thursday! Wednesday again– no tickets. The tracking number was just some number they give you but never activate! Because they guarantee their tickets they were at least able to give us email tickets. We explained that this is an annual trip and we visit a different stadium every year. The physical tickets go into a memory display table with all of the other stadium tickets we’ve visited. This was the last Monday night game ever at this stadium and we really really wanted the darn ticket stubs! So Barry’s again promised they would mail out our souvenier tickets so we would have them when we returned from the trip. They have never come. My husband has called and emailed them. I have emailed them. They will not respond. Customer service is not one of their strong points! Thanks for at least getting us tickets but no thanks for following through with your many promises!
