Frauds. I fought them for almost a year through BBB, consumer protection, the legal system in California. I finally WON, yes I got my money back thanks to my bank… and proper documentation.
If you are considering doing business with this company please just throw you money out of a window you will be much happier with that decision than giving it to branza.

SCAM ALERT!!! They make many promises and don’t deliver. Don’t invest your hard earned money in this company! They act like they’re with Google, but when I called Google to complain they told me they had nothing to do with it, that Branza is a third party. And Angelica at Branza is RUDE. Don’t waste your time! HORRIBLE!

This company first of all said they were google and had a open spot coming up on the first page of google. It never happened, we paid them a lot of money for a $ 5 domain on go daddy. Said we would experience a 20−30% increase in customers, that sure never happened, do yourself a favor and stay clear of them unless you have money to throw away.

Branza and our great rep. Krystal have been so very helpful in putting our ad on various computer sites, which has grown our business so much more than we had ever hoped. We continue to employ Branza for all of our website needs. Great job Krystal and Branza!

Branza is horrible… Total scam artists… Bad on me for being taken in… Total rip-​off. I guess you live and learn. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

I received a robocall from them while at work. They were pretending to be a representative of Google. This is very wrong ethically and probably illegal. Please stop this practice.

SCAM! This company called the Foreman of our contracting company today pretending to be a Google employee! Since he only deals with customers and is aware that I have been building our online presence through SEO he assumed that the call was really from Google. I felt like something fishy was going on so I took the phone away from him to investigate. The sales rep: Jordan P. was very rude and pushy. He definitely did not seem like Google material, so I checked up on him and found out that their company is a total SCAM! DO NOT believe the 4 star rating: that is a fake rating: guaranteed!

It’s a telemarketing scam. I got a call from them last week. It was a robocall, which is illegal in California, and the recording asked me to press 1 to verify my listing with Google. Right away I knew it wasn’t Google calling because Google does not robocall people. I’ve been getting a lot of calls like this and I’m getting tired of them so I decided to mess with the telemarketer a bit. I kept asking her to repeat herself and would answer all of her questions with a question. She got pretty irritated and told me she would report that I was no longer in business and have my listing removed. This is pretty much an empty threat. I do not have a listing on Google. In fact I don’t even have a website. She does not work for Google, she works for a company that poses as Google that tries to scam people out of money to pay for services through Google that I can get for free if I get them directly from Google.

About the least professional firm of its type I’ve ever dealt with. No product knowledge, wahtsoever! I thought I was dealing with Google Ad Words — not until I got the bill did I realize it was some third-​party agency, cold-​calling. Then they designed a bogus website, got a real address for it, none of which made any sense. I think my business would have suffered, if I had not pulled the plug.
Caveat Emptor!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a newbie to owning my own business, I got excited at their call and the pitch they made. But as a few months went by and problems continued, I realize I was duped.
If I could give them negative stars, I would.
So you work with google maps– that’s your specialty. How then, can you get my information (name, title, address) so WRONG four times in a row??! I spelled it to three different people. I emailed it. I asked them to repeat it back to me several times. And it still came out wrong 4 times before I got upset and it was corrected! Talk about incompetent. How can you claim to increase business to me if you can’t even get the basics right?
Promising you’ll be in the top searches on google maps– LIE. They say that to hook you, but they quickly back track that to «well it depends on a lot of factors» once you sign up. And rest assured, they will sign you up for all the WRONG keyword searches, despite what you tell them. I showed up for things not even remotely close to what I told them I do!
Customer service is a nightmare. If you have any questions or complaints, expect to call and email at least 4 – 5 times before they respond, and expect them to be really oblivious about anything. Expect them to make promises to you (ie. for all your trouble this month, we’ll be waiving this month’s fee) and then expect them to completely change their words and LIE (ie. oh, we meant we would credit you another month– we didn’t say you didn’t have to pay THIS month).
I would stay far far away from this sham of a business they are trying to peddle to people. I only wish I knew this 5 months ago. Good thing I didn’t pay up front for a year!

I signed up with this company… It took 2 months for me to go live and rated so basically I paid for 2 months for them to set me up and «clear up some discrepancies». I never received a single call from advertising with this company. I signed up with google adword and receive calls the first week! lol THEN I call to cancel my account once the month is up and they delete my account 2 weeks early! I called and asked why they did that when I was paid up until the end of the month and they said, «Well, you said you didn’t want the account so we deleted it». This company is extremely unprofessional and it appears that a bunch of immature 20 year olds are running it. This company is a joke and I wish I had Unilocaled them before I signed up. If your looking to advertise Google adword is the way to go and make sure you do that through a google rep and not Branza.

Branza came highly recommended to me by a link building SEO company I was working with, so I decided to try the service.
I started the process two weeks ago with Branza and they have been very responsive as I’ve called and emailed them about my account. There was even a recent change with Google and we looked the implications of that change for my situation and how it affected the service. I’ve talked to both James, my acct manager, as well as Jeff, gen. customer service, and they were both very helpful.
So far between a very high recommendation from another source and my personal experience, I’m pleased so far.
I gave them 4 stars because it’s early in the process, but I’ll update this review as necessary.
Also, I see a lot of negative reviews and see that it’s mostly those annoyed with sales calls. I understand that, but my experience has been the opposite.

buyer and prospective employee beware this companies business practices are illegal. There is no dignity in taking peoples hard earn money for a product that cant be delivered. Google does not allow third parties to sell their listing spots. Its called Google ads.

AWFUL. Repeatedly called our company total of 8 times in an hour span, after we told them we did not need their servcies AND followed protocal to remove our number from their listing. Originally asked for more information to be sent to our email, after we initially took their sales call, and that never happened.
The only company that can promise a guaranteed first page spot on google is GOOGLE. Do NOT fall for this gimic, they will harass your phones and hang up in your face if you ask them to stop calling. If you are looking for a better internet presence I would recommend an advertising agency with more experience and better service. Do not listen to these businesses guaranteeing you placements on Google’s search results page. This is all to get your credit card, Branza is a FRAUD.
