Castle Tile

OK — customer service was lovely. We placed our order and everything arrived in the week it was promised. Everything was beautiful and the finished job looks terrific. Now the downside: we ordered extra on the white subway tile and have a full box left over. I understand that they will charge a restocking fee, but they won’t take anything back after 30 days… from the day you pay — the day you are invoiced. That means the clock starts ticking when you place your order — not the day you actually receive your materials. My contractor ran into some problems on another job, so he didn’t start when we originally agreed and then I made the command decision to not start a kitchen redo the week before Thanksgiving, so now that we’re all done, I can’t return the unopened, unused box of tile. Sigh. The nice lady on the phone explains dye lots, bla bla bla, but still.

We recently purchased a new (to us) home in Costa Mesa and wanted to get some tiling work done before we moved in. Kimmora at Castle Tile was super accommodating and a huge help in coordinating everything. She allowed me to pick some sample tiles and keep them for a bit, and the process between her and our tile guy was seamless.
We are incredibly happy with the tile and tile-​related decisions that we made and Castle Tile was great to deal with. When we end up doing more tile work — there’s always something, right? — we’ll come straight back here.

Kimmora was a life saver!
After realizing our backyard was going to be short by 4 boxes of American Olean Infusion Beige Wege tile I went on a massive man hunt trying to find these 4 boxes. After a week of despair and not being able to wait a 3week turnaround time I finally decided to start calling American Olean retail distributors 5^th call I contacted American Olean. Kimmora was delightfully pleasant on the phone contacted her reps at the warehouse found it in stock called me and wanted me to check it out to ensure it was the proper color match as some vendors relabel color codes and if it didnt match she would refund me. Sure enough start of phone call to charging my credit card took less then 30 minutes. I drove to Anaheim and picked up my purchase at the warehouse. I think I spent more time in traffic on the 91 then the 30 minute phone call and the guys at the warehouse getting the tile in my car!
Definitely a pleasure and a delight. Fantastic customer service and I HIGHLEY recommend anyone who is needing tile or anything done contact them first!

My wife and I found this place while we were looking at other tile suppliers as well. Castle Tile has by far the best customer service from all the suppliers we met. Kimmora was extremely helpful and sweet. We came in several times to relook at our tiles and confirm they were what we wanted. Kimmora had all of our selections organized and was able to pull them out right away. Any time we are looking for new tile this is where we will go. Thanks Kimmora!

When we we given misinformation and no assistance from our contractor, Todd at Castle Tile helped to ease the pain. He was not only friendly, but quite knowledgeable about the various products and design. Todd did not rush us or try to sell us anything we did not want like most sales people elsewhere seem to do. He restored our faith in the notion of great customer service.

Castle Tile offers friendly service, competitive pricing, and a huge selection of stone products. They have everything from tumbled travertine to granite countertops.
Definitely stop by if you’re interested in adding/​replacing stone or tile to your house.

My friend Patty, wanted company to look at tile and she found this wonderful find!
Carmena was just wonderful and super helpful.
Patty brought in tile she had previously picked out. She politely brought another tile sample that was made from stone. She then asked which granite she was installing and she brought it out.
Putting the tile next to the granite and voila! It was the one!
She then helped us with a decorative tile.
They have quite a nice showroom, plenty of different materials to choose from!
No bad previous experience with another tile shop, simply the best customer service here!

I love this place. The customer service is amazing. I came here after a bad experience with another tile store (surprisingly a common story). They were so accommodating and helped me find the perfect tile for my fire place, bathrooms and shower. Good pricing and helped to make sure I had all of my supplies (grout, hardy backer, etc). Again, super helpful staff. Will definitely be back for any tile needs in the future!

Found this place on google after having a bad experience at another tile store. It has a great selection of tile and more importantly, excellent customer service. Pricing is also competitive. Ended out buying tile there for my bathroom and will be going back to do my kitchen backsplash. I would definitely recommend this place! Oh, to boot, they have a little area for kids. It kept my kids (ages 4 & 6) busy for an hour, which helped us a lot to go through all the tile options.
