Coast Business Systems

we put coast biz though hell for the last 22 years with our interns constantly doing crazy things to our 4 copiers… i don’t think any other repair company would put up with us.

This review has been a long time coming but did not realize Coast Business Systems was on Unilocal.George and Brian are amazing! I have purchased several machines from Coast Business Systems over the years and have not been disappointed. Owning my own copying & scanning business we definitely put machines to the test and they have stayed strong. Whenever we need maintenance on one of the machines George or Brian are quick to respond and even come out the same day! At times they will come out within the hour if its urgent. There have been occasions when we are running a rush order and an issue will occur with a machine and a part needs to be replaced but they do not have it in stock at the moment, Brian or George will creatively come up with a way to get the machine up and running again for the time being until the part is ordered.
I have never had a problem with them, I HIGHLY recommend Coast Business Systems to anyone that needs a copy machine or maintenance.

Purchased a color copier through this company and was so disappointed! It broke down too often, and service calls took longer than promised. I thought we were getting a good deal, but we ended up spending almost double what the machines value was when we bought another machine after a year. Our new tech was sorry we had been taken for a ride. I guess we learned our lesson the hard way.

Brian and George are great! Our nonprofit organization has bought 2 copiers from them and they do all our maintenance. If something goes wrong or we need supplies they almost always come out the same day. If your business is on a tight budget like ours and you need a quality machine without breaking the bank, definitely give Coast a shot.
