I had a terrible issue with my car a few weeks ago and I’m not a car person by any means so I was stressed, mad and overall disgruntled that I had to deal with car troubles. One of there guys came out to help me tow my car to my local mechanic and I really can’t say sorry and thank you enough! I was so aggravated I spent the whole time venting to him and complaining about my dumb car. All the while he was so nice and understanding, listened to my ranting and actually had pretty helpful points to calm me down! Haha overall it was just a really good experience in my really crappy situation lol
