I have been seeing Delaram for several months to address some sleeping issues. I had already been to numerous acupuncturists and other alternative practitioners with limited results. I was desperate at this point and frankly, my expectations were low. She made me feel right at ease the first time I met her. Within a few sessions and after taking the herbs she recommended, I was sleeping better and feeling more energized. She is great to talk to as well and I feel like I am going to see a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable not just about acupuncture, but about diet and lifestyle changes as well. I can tell she truly cares about her work and her patients. I never feel rushed or that I don’t have her undivided attention. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s needs. She is a gifted healer with a passion to help people feel better. For the past 2 years, I have been mentally and physically lethargic. This is coming from a long distance cyclist, who go-​go-​goes 12 hours a day, and lectures weekly for a profession. People would comment regularly on my positive attitude and abundance of energy. When all of this diminished I sought after Medical Doctors for an answer to why I was so tired, and why I was getting a rash, and why my hair was falling out, and why I was/​am losing bone in my jaw rapidly, and why… well you get the idea. I was looking for medical advice on the well being of my body. This review isn’t about how the medical doctors sent me for blood lab, after blood lab, with no solution or care of my symptoms, so I won’t illuminate on any of that further; this review is about the exceptional care and health benefits I have been given by seeking out Delaram Raisdana’s care.
Two weeks ago, after leaving Urgent care for an all over body rash (one of the health concerns I have), I spoke to Delaram about it. She professed and educated me on my body’s well being and what steps I can take to start the healing process. What I admired most, and what spoke volumes to me is that in our conversation she didn’t educate me with disdain, or with any all knowing accusatory tone, but rather she shared her experiences with me, she shared her years of knowledge and self exploration on healing her own body with me, and she INSPIRED me to look at HEALING my body with JUICING and FOOD.
I have since bought a juicer, and I have been juicing each day since. My joy for food has come back after consuming only whole foods this past couple weeks. Delaram has been coaching me on food and on the healing properties of food, cell rejuvenation, caring for my mind, body and spirit.
I am writing this review now as a testimony that her advice has made an immence impact on my life. I have put into action her advice and it is restoring my energy, and has provided me with a mission to heal my body.
As a Functional Medicine practitioner, Delaram cares about my overall health in a way that has impacted my lifestyle for the better. I have since cleaned out my cupboards of food-​like products that are meant to be food, but were only just chemicals with food-​like qualities to them, and have replaced them with good, whole foods.
It’s only been a couple of weeks, but the TRUTH is evident in the way I feel, on my mind being more active this passed week then it has in a long, long time, in my appetite for real whole food flavors, and in my acute sensory for positive healing spiritual, physically and mentally. I had no idea that my life was going to change for the better after seeing Delaram Raisdana for care, but it has. and I am so grateful for her willingness to fight the good fight in the name of Functional Medicine.

When I first started seeing Delaram for acupuncture, I was going through a lot of stress and several physical issues, including back pain and seasonal allergies that were worse than they’d been in years. She talked to me a lot to understand what was going on, diagnosed me (in eastern medicine terms) and over a few months seeing her for acupuncture, drinking the tea she recommended, and taking her advice in general, my symptoms have all been alleviated, and I feel much better in general. It’s not just that she is very knowledgeable, with Chinese as well as Japanese acupuncture and as a nutritionist, it’s also that she is a warm, empathic person who has a gift for showing others the good in themselves.

I have been coming to this remarkable healer for a few months now and my body feels amazing. I came to Delaram because as a massage therapists my hands, legs and arms are extremely tight and my chi feels off. Delaram takes the time to listen to your grievances and plans for the future. She is extremely professional, amiable and methodical in her treatment plans. Feel like I’m walking on a cloud.

I finally have the time to Unilocal and the first positive review I wanted to post was for Delaram Raisdana, my primary acupuncturist who received me in immense back and hip pain and delivered me not only to physical relief, but also the desire to take care of myself. Every visit, I came out feeling physically better and internally motivated to live better.
It felt like going to the spa to see a wise friend coach you into becoming the best version of yourself each time. She prescribed me herbs that helped a lot, dietary suggestions, and exercises I could do in between acupuncture treatments to keep the pain at bay. As a new mom, I needed to be healthy enough to care for my son. Muscle spasms where I could not move or bend devastated me– after seeing her, I also saw a highly recommended chiropractor for mothers, and finally ended with trying 2 sessions physical therapy.
My overall outlook towards self care changed bc of Delaram and I continue to practice better health habits bc of her words of advice during the placement of the needles. While the Chiro and physical therapy helped, they did not compare to individualized care and attention that I received from Delaram. I often told her «This is how healthcare should be. Thank you.»

Chinese medicine was recommended to me and Delaram was referred by a close friend of my wife’s after being patient and tried other methods for combatting ulcerative colitis among other health problems. I was skeptical about this type of a service and acupuncture but I was open to at least try it out. Delaram was very attentive to what my issues were and asked a lot of question before even sticking a needle on me or prescribe any sort of herb — just a side note that the herbs are literally just vegetable roots grounded up and nothing else is added so this made me feel better to know that there’s nothing to lose as it’s just plain old vegetables being consumed. During my first visit, Delaram showed compassion and seemed extremely humble and concerned and continued to do so with on-​going visits. She has the intention to help you. She explained very well the effects of diet can have on our health and gave me some readings to better educate myself. She takes diet and acupuncture hand in hand where the acupuncture itself is just a bit of help in addition to a healthy diet. When I say diet, it’s not restricting yourself but just helps you choose better ingredients to incorporate into your cooking. With the prescribed herbs, change in diet and the acupuncture treatments, I have now lost over 20 pounds, my ulcerative colitis has been extremely stable, and feel happier and energized. I have not stopped taking my regular daily medicine for my ulcerative colitis but I’ve seen improvement. For those of you who have ulcerative colitis, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Delaram is very easy to talk to about your issues and really listens to what’s going on in order to treat you correctly with herbs and acupuncture. It’s worth a try and it doesn’t hurt. Every visit I left feeling very relaxed and felt progress. The herbs that she gave me are like taking a cup of tea — you just throw it in some warm water and enjoy and is not something you have to take forever as I have been drinking these herbal teas for a few months now and just take it occasionally as needed. If you want to try acupuncture and are skeptical, just make a phone call and talk to her and she can possibly even see you for free the first time to just talk about it so that you can understand acupuncture better. She’s very flexible with your schedule and I can’t count how many times I had to reschedule last minute and she was really nice about it. She is very kind and doesn’t pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable — just try it if you’ve been interested and hesitant.

Hands down, Delaram is the best acupuncturist is town! She is SUPER passionate about what she does and she genuinely cares about her patients. She is very knowledgable, professional and personable. Every time I see her, she spends quality time with me, listens carefully, and really focuses on understanding my body. She has taught me so much about my body! Her sessions are really effective — her acupuncture style is gentle, she incorporates herbs when necessary, and creates a peaceful and relaxing environment for you. She is full of knowledge and thoroughly explains everything she does. If you’re looking for someone with healing hands, go to Delaram! So happy with my experience. After each session, I’m always looking forward to the next!

Since going to Delaram, I have seen significant changes in me. She is so gentle and patient with her clients and helps move them forward at a pace they are comfortable with. I have been going to Delaram for several months and notice the times when I miss a session. She has helped a ton with jaw problems as well as a variety of issues I was having with certain organs. Came here because I had a chronic calf injury that I just couldn’t stop reaggravating from playing basketball. Dr. Raisdana also explained the digestion benefits of acupuncture, which was something I was having trouble with but didn’t really know what to do. I had tried to change eating habits and cutting as much coffee out as possible (hard to do) but her knowledge has helped me so much there. I’ve also had no reinjury while playing basketball for a condition that had been plaguing me for years. I use basketball/​running to stay in shape and those calf strains were keeping me from doing any exercise. Pairing that with the knowledge to be more diligent in my stretching has kept me healthy for the last 6 months. She’ll also work with you to find the right treatment. Very affordable for what you get in a service that’s hard to know what you’re getting.

I highly recommend this wonderful lady to help you! Delaram is so professional and down to earth. You feel like you have known her forever. She spends quality time getting to know you and your specific problem. You can tell she takes a heartfelt approach to her practice. In addition, she knows so much about health and she educates and shares. Accupuncture feels wonderful and I’m so happy that I found Delaram to help me with my health issues.

Delaram is a wealth of knowledge regarding overall health. She knows to not only treat but to teach. She has the gentlest touch with her needles whereas I don’t even realize they are inserted. In the past with other Acupuncturist, I was uptight and nervous because they did not have the same touch as Delaram. You have questions regarding your health ask her first as your family doctor
