These place is the best!!! This place is absolutely Amazing!!!
This is a wonderful spa. Everyone is so professional and helpful. They has such an enthusiasm for what they do. I highly recommend this location! Whenever I am not getting my massage from a Elements Message, I am counting down the days til my next appointment. Peaceful music fills the room as my muscle tension melts away.
I highly recommend that anyone who needs to unwind schedule an appointment ASAP. You will not be disappointed

For those of you looking for a licensed Neuromuscular Certified Massage Therapist, Ms. Danielle is the person to go to! I found Elements Massage by searching in Unilocal.As noted, this place has a 5 star rating from its patients, which is a great start. Then, I began to read the reviews and one of the reviews from one of the patients stated exactly what I was feeling… Horrible headaches and terrible neck pain! Ugh! Well, I began to meet with Danielle and I can tell you right off the bat, that Danielle is by far the absolute best Massage Therapist (my opinion obviously)! She has been able to help me with my headaches as well as my neck pains. Currently, she is still working with me. I am not completely healed yet but in time, I know that God will use Danielle as His instrument in being able to heal me from my headaches and neck pain that I am still experiencing. Danielle truly loves what she does. She takes her time in explaining what she is doing and at the same time, she works with whatever specific details you request of her regarding the pain you are feeling. I have numerous trigger points and Danielle is skilled enough in being able to pin-​point the exact spots to where my pain points are.
Please be advised that these massages are not relaxation massages (although I am sure Danielle is able to provide that service). Rather, these massages are therapeutic massages and at times, they do hurt, but only for a little bit. The whole purpose of these therapeutic massages are to release the stress and tensions acquired through the years of our lives. As a result, these massages are catered towards patients who want relief and not necessarily relaxation like those other cheap $ 15 massage places you find elsewhere. This place is very professional. I would highly recommend Elements Therapeutic Massage to anyone. This is the place to go!

As promised, a little later than expected but done. Lol. I received a gift card for Christmas from My Girl. Neither of us had heard much about Elements Massage. I’m here to tell you about my experience. It was the best experience out of any of what I refer to as“retail massage” businesses. They are of course friendly courteous and professional, but they take it to a pleasant extreme in today’s «hurry through and pay me» style of business. The front desk staff was thorough in gathering preliminary information about my needs status and problem areas. The therapist they paired me with was well informed when I met with him. This is a big deal to me. I chose the 90 minute option because I love massage and I don’t get one as often as I should so when I do I over indulge myself. My therapist did a superb job in giving me the massage I asked for. Afterwards, they talked to me about ongoing care, which is a good idea. Their plan is similar to other retail massage stores but with a better twist. Everyone should check it out! Great value on this service business I’d say

Going in it seemed so great. Giovanni does a really good job at selling a product and making it seem so easy to get out of the contract. This is not the case, however. Very deceitful selling points. Still trying to cancel after 3 months. We only cancelled because we moved. Will not recommend this place until management makes a change. Otherwise, the location is beautiful and the massages are wonderful.

I used to be a member of Massage Envy, however they had the worst customer service practices imaginable (almost predatory). Then I found Elements Massage and at first I was skeptical about signing another contract for services but I’m glad I did they have been nothing but professional and have bent over backwards to provide superb customer service. The staff is warm and inviting and my massage therapist Kerry Ann truly has healing hands, she listens to your needs and as she works on you provides suggestions when she finds trouble spots. Thanks to Kerry Ann I am pain free and lifetime customer. Keep up the Great work guys!!!

This place is amazing! I had a massage with Bryan. He is very professional and the massage was incredible. The staff is super friendly and their introductory rate is very reasonable. I highly recommend this location!

One of the best massages I have ever had! The therapist really listened to my needs and tailored the massage to what I needed. Really happy about making the decision to come here, will be back! :)

I would have given the facility 4 stars however, the franchise owner managed to tick me off.
When checking my wife in for a 90 minute massage, we were offered a two visit plan. I responded we would wait until after she had her massage. The person behind the desk said OK.
After the massage I said we would take the plan. You know kind of like test driving a car. Wanted to make sure we were not getting a lemon. Well, like at a car dealership things changed when it came time to pay. We were told we had to make the purchase decision prior to the massage. I protested and was told the owner had been spoken to and he said no.
No problem but he should make sure his staff know the rules. It is his business no matter what I think however, he has lost a client and received a crap review from someone who avoids negative posts. I figure everyone has a bad day. I waited until the next day to post this to give the owner an opportunity to make this right. At least in my mind. He has apparently not changed his mind, so be it.
I am glad the owner has the luxury to tick people off over an arbitrary rule.
Going somewhere else tomorrow. Dude you just lost a sale, just thought you should know.

I was called this afternoon by the Manager of Elements. The manager to his credit tried to placate me however, I was not in a forgiving mood. He asked for clarification about my complaint above. As I said I wasn’t in a forgiving mood. There was no attempt to satisfy me until the review was posted on Unilocal.Apparently they read Unilocal.Good for them.
Let me say the manager was professional as were the therapists. It was the owner that caused this problem. After speaking with the manager and letting him know I stand by what I said, the owner called. By then I had invested enough time in this and refused to speak with her. I don’t care what she had to offer. She was trying to help herself on Unilocal and I do not believe she really cared what my problem was or this would have been solved earlier.

Had lower back and foot problems from work. After just one massage here I’ve felt 10x better. I’ve had massages at other spas before but the therapists here are a step above the rest

My fiancé coaches Erina’s son in soccer, and for Christmas she gave him a generous gift card for a couple’s massage. He called her one day to schedule us, weekends are typically busy, but Erina was able to squeeze us in. When we got there, the receptionist was already expecting us. The waiting area alone was already very relaxing. My fiancé even said that if he worked there, he would be asleep instantly, with the calming music and aroma. It didn’t take long to wait, Emily and Leah our masseuses, greeted us and showed us to our room and left us to get comfortable. When we were ready, they worked on our problem areas. And they were amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a massage that intense before. After our session, they talked to us for a bit and showed us what we need to do and work on some more. We came home and took the best nap ever.

I am very pleased with my Elements Massage membership. In general I never join clubs, but the massages by David and Gene in particular, have been great that I joined the monthly.

This place is awesome and their team is ever better! I’m on the monthly program! I have the worst migraines and they always seem to fit me in no matter how last minute my appointment is, so that I can get relief from my head pain that day. I go to Carey and she has the FIRMEST touch and I absolutely LOVE it ! I can never find anyone who is firm enough but well skilled so she is my massage match made in heaven.

I’ve gotten at least two dozen massages here. The therapist are good across the board (I’ve tried about 6 or 7). The best so far (for my preference anyways) is Kerry Ann. Lots of experience and she can do deep tissue well with a purpose so you don’t feel like the therapist is just pressing harder cause it’s «deep tissue.» The other therapists are very good as well… And the facility is clean and well run.
Highly recommended!!!

I am grateful I found my healer Danielle!!!
I have been through the ringer trying to manage the pain in my head and neck — and had Drs put me through unnecessary radiation (X-​rays and CT scans) trying to find out the cause of why I was losing my hearing and had severe pain and vision problems in my right eye
Being an artist and musician, the last thing you want to have happen is a loss in either vision or hearing! And with no clues as to what is the cause.
I even saw a chiropractor for a couple years — who I now believe actually did more damage than healing — and it threw me for a loop that my problem was a muscle related issue — because I WAS seeing the massage girls at that chiropractors office every-​time I did an adjustment…
Well fast forward to the day I stepped into Elements, and wrote down a few symptoms of my pain on the 1 page check in sheet before my first visit, Danielle greeted me and I briefly explained to her what i was dealing with, that I was having specialists look at my head and neck etc.
The first few mins of the massage, she grabbed the muscle (which I then thought was a tumor) and she squeezed it really hard (which I thought she was going to cut off my blood supply) but then realized she knew what she was doing.
I stopped her and asked — how did she know to grab that part of my neck?(I didn’t tell her that specific part of my neck had been getting ultrasounds but I had no luck with getting a conclusion by the Drs)
Well she named the scientific name of the muscle and then went on to explain all the problems of what happens when the muscle gets out of whack, which was pretty much the same symptoms what I am described on the paperwork that she read and soaked in before our session.
As soon as she told me about that muscle I was ever grateful to her (but also mad at mainstream Drs for letting it go for so long like that and leaving me in such pain!)
Danielle if you are reading this — you have no idea how much of a positive impact you have made on my physical health in such a short time!!!
Thank you for all your studying and efforts learning about muscles and how they affect us when they are tight!!! You have saved me having to go through more scans and radiation and I am sincerely grateful!!!

I am new to the area and needed to find a good quality massage therapist. I visited elements therapeutic for the first time yesterday and I feel so amazing today! I saw David and he worked magic on my back! I visit the gym 6 days a week and massage therapy is so important for recovery! David’s massage was perfect pressure. He found sensitive spots in my back I didn’t even notice was bothersome! I only did an hour but next time will definitely do a 2 hour session! I also signed up for they monthly package! Can’t pass up the great deals they have to offer! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, professional atmosphere! Also I loved the fact that the receptionists asked questions so that way they could pair me up with the best therapist for my needs! Definitely impressed

All I have to say is… get a deep tissue massage from Seiko. She is amazing. She would run her fingers down my neck/​back and suddenly stop where it is most tender. It’s like she knows where my muscles are most sore and focuses on them. It’s amazing and I find it so intriguing. My mom and I had a blast. I’m thinking about subscribing to their monthly service.
I’ve been to many massage places before, and I felt the best walking out of this place.

Love this place! Great service and wonderful massage. Highly recommended! Danielle is my favorite so far but will try others. Convenient location, nice and clean. Will definitely go for the membership to save money on each massage. I’m a former Burke Williams customer so I’m VERY PICKY!

Emily is Amazing!
My wife discovered Elements on Unilocal thanks to their 5-​star rating about a month ago. She had a such a wonderful experience at that time that she signed us up for their wellness program. Well yesterday was my opportunity to check it out for myself and I could not be happier!
I sit behind a desk most days so my lower back and shoulders tend to tighten up. I have had several massages over the years and though I don’t think there is such a thing as a bad massage, sometimes they can just be fluff without really addressing problems. My preference is somewhere between Swedish and deep tissue.
Well Emily really took the time to listen about my areas of concern and she went to town! She found knots I didn’t know I had and applied the right amount of pressure each time to make sure they were worked out. I truly felt the difference when she was done, and I have no problem referring her and Elements to anyone looking for a great massage!

Was visiting from Vegas and decided last minute to get a couples massage with my fiancé. After searching and reading reviews on many places this place was highly recommended! I had Shelby and my fiancé had Karin! They were both absolutely amazing! They listened to our needs made sure to focus directly on our problem areas and educated us on how to care for our bodies afterwards! I wish I lived here I would be back monthly!
