FedEx Office Ship Center

So I did not know when they closed, so I thought I would drive by and see if they were open so that I could print out a label and mail out a movie. It was already basically packaged by the way. I pull up, and I saw that they closed at 8:00, yet it was not quite 8:00 so I called to see if they would still answer the telephone. It was 7:57 when I started talking to the girl who answered my call and thinking that what I needed to get done would maybe take 5 minutes or less and because it was not quite 8:00 yet aaand because she had answered the telephone I was expecting for her to say yes come on in and we will take care of it real quick. But no, she said come back tomorrow before 8:00. First off, I was already in the parking lot. Second, I could have just barged in there with out calling and the girl would have had to have helped me because they were still technically open. Third, what I needed may have taken MAX 5 minutes. Heaven forbid the girl stay 2 minutes helping a customer past the closing time.
I was completely dissatisfied with the-​if you can call it-​customer service.

Fed-​ex has lost me as a customer. A package was sent to me, I was at home, the driver claims he rang the bell and knocked (really)? My apartment is small. Cutting to the chase– I called and asked to pick it up, that would take 24 – 48 hrs so I said no — the customer service said they would have it here this morning. No package, it’s at the local Fed-​ex office. I have to go and pick it up. I called CS again and was told «once you have a package placed on hold we can’t change it… do you want us to return it to the sender???» And why would I want her to do that? And why wasn’t I told about the ‘hold’ rules?
Incompetence, again.

Fast and courteous… been using FedEx for all my shipping needs. Wouldn’t trust my packages with anyone else.

Horrible service. Dude’s lunch is more important than the line of customers waiting to be helped.

I was just there. The girl did say hi when I walked In, but then I asked if I can only make copies with a card of some sort and she said yes. But when I still stood there reading the copy instructions and looked frustrated that I wanted to use CASH, she didn’t say a damn word! Her and the guy behind the counter didn’t offer any suggestions or help! What place of business doesn’t accept a cash option of some sort?!
I went to staples instead!

Had a good experience here dropping off a package. It’s right next to my law school so that really helped me from a convenience aspect. It has everything you’d want from a fedex shipping place, a guy to take your package (winkyface), places to park your car, no lines. Its solid. If you have to drop something off for fed ex, why not here.

Great service. Speedy. Lupe was very helpful and kind. Not sure why people have bad experiences here but it’s been great. Other customers know her name and vice versa. Cool experience.

I wish i could give 0 stars! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery. I waited yesterday, in my living room, and the guy never even knocked. When I heard the truck drive away, I opened my door to investigate, and found a note on my door. I was upset. So, I decided to just go pick it up from the shipping center. Just to find out that this package isn’t eligible for that feature. :-(So, I wait again today. I watch a truck arrive. TWO guys take a package to another apartment, and get back into their truck, and leave. (It should be said that, a couple of hours earlier, I watched ONE ups guy deliver 3 packages to different apartments in the same amount of time…) According to the note on my door, my package should be here by 3pm… I guess we’ll see. They have an hour and a half to produce. No matter how this turns out; I’m going UPS, from now on.

They have a fedex drop box right in front if you have the label paid for and ready to ship, it has a sign on it to let you know if they have picked up yet which I think is super cool! I dread the feeling of wondering if I missed it or not! So I am not sure about what goes on inside. When you exit, be sure to go out the correct drive way because they are one way, I am glad I had someone in front of me so I knew that! You can only turn right which if you are getting on the freeway it makes it very convenient!

Are you kidding me? I arrived here at 9:00 on the dot — the supposed time when they open. There is no one here. The doors are locked still and it’s 9:30. Not a good way to conduct business.

All I can say is that I felt like I was in that episode of Chappelle show ‘Popcopy’. They could not have been more unhelpful. I went to print out my son’s birthday invitation and asked a couple of question and he just pointed me to the computers and said I would have to figure it out myself!!! Also they said if I wanted to rotate my pdf file so i could fit 2 on one page it would be $ 15!!! Don’t go here!!!
