Frette

I walked in because of some red sheets that I saw on the window I wanted to add a little color in my bedroom with this really beautiful red and I asked some questions to a woman who claim to be the assistant manager. From the moment she opened her mouth there was nothing but condescension for me. They didn’t have what I was asking for so I asked about just getting shams. She snottily tried to explain the difference between a European sham and the pillow sham and I said I understood the difference she said clearly you don’t understand. What? She seemed more interested in putting me down and fight with me then helping me.
I’m not sure I’ve ever been treated with so much condescension by a sales person in my entire life. I asked for two pillow shams she said let me see if we have them, they didn’t she still was more interested in fighting and trying to make a sale and I continued to try to purchase something, but to no avail. She said this is a couture store so you’re not always going to get what you want. Excuse me?
I’m not sure who her manager is but whoever it is I feel sorry for them because you don’t get a lot of customers it’s not like Frette is full of people breaking down the doors trying to buy overpriced sheets Id avoid the store if you can cause girlfriends got an attitude that goes on for forever.
Is give it zero stars but it’s not possible.
I left having purchased nothing and with no intentions of ever walking into that store again. I’ll take my business to stores where they can talk to me like I’m a human being and not some low class vermin.

The linens are superior to ANY! Every texture is heavenly. The employees are professional and knowledgable about all merchandise. You will be amazed at the quality of bedding and bath towels. They also have other home luxury items that will stimulate your senses! An experience you will never forget. Do yourself a favor and visit the store. Ask for CC the store manager. She has so much knowledge to share!

I really love this store. I adore Frette silk pjs. I don’t adore the high prices but when they have a sale… it is a good sale! Today we bought a duvet cover that was marked down 60%. The quality is beyond top notch. I’d rather buy something here than something at Macy’s. Now back to those silk pj’s…they are never on sale. If they are, I have missed it. Still, a decadent purchase. The sales staff is always helpful.

Shopping at this Frette location is great. Customer service is above board. Sometimes at high-​end shops I get treated differently just because I am young and look like an average college student. Not here! They took the time to go over various products with me which I appreciated. This location isn’t as large as the Frette stores in New York or Boston, so I was a little hesitant to shop here at first. What they lack in inventory, they make up for with exceptional customer service. If you have never tried Frette sheets and you have the funds, I would absolutely recommend trying Frette. I have been sleeping on Frette sheets for years, and anticipate I will for years to come.

Highly commendable– just because it sells expensive things doesn’t mean you get the usual snotty attitude. I got none of that, and I’m your typical looking college student. I know that many have not tried Frette linens before, but if you’ve noticed, some of the high-​end hotels use quite a bit of their stuff. It’s really worth a try, kinda like the whole Urasawa thing. Gotta try at least once. Let me tell you, the quality that you get from the store is generally better quality than the hotels since the hotels don’t really take good care of their stuff. All the staff here are friendly, and it’s really the attitude that sold me on their products– don’t get me wrong, if you’ve ever dived into Frette Linens, you know that the product itself is also spectacular. However, to me, to justify that kind of spending requires some patient and good customer service. A lot of places have nice things, but some places just treat you like dirt because you don’t look «rich enough.» None of that here.
