History

Established in 2015.

Get Up And Flow Yoga was established in 2015. After leading a life in the culinary scene and working with children in educational settings, yoga became a necessity in my day to day life. I soon emerged myself in yoga completing 2 teacher certifications from Core Power Yoga Studio. Once certified my business began to blossom. From word of mouth and the encouragement of my community Get Up And Flow Yoga has became a reality. I invite you to come take part in the experience.
