Heathers confection gourmet brittle and toffee is absolutely the best tasting and the most wonderful variety of brittle I have ever been so lucky to find. My favorite is pineapple and ghost pepper, with lemon cashew brittle a close second. I came across this Gourmet brittle at the Huntington Beach pier market on a Friday. When you’re ready for the best, give it a try. They also have a website @ . Enjoy!!!

We purchased some of the Heather’s Confections brittle at the Friday afternoon market the Huntington Beach Pier. The quality and taste is excellent. The biggest challenge will be deciding what flavors to get as there are dozens to choose from. Heather was helping us with our selections and we were free to sample as many flavors as we wanted. Ended up with the Blueberry Cashew and Coconut Macadamia Nut and they were both terrific(though honestly every flavor tasted great to us). If you like brittle you won’t be disappointed. We paid $ 5 per bag but I believe there was a 5 bags for $ 20 special. The bags are not particularly big, however.

omg. the best brittle ever. my mom and I bought 5 bags each from the oc swap meet. I love the flavor combos. truly amazing. i just finished the cranberry walnut cinnamon and the lemon cashew. who knew lemon brittle could be so subtlety awesome. I am saving the best for last: a blueberry cashew and a pistachio.(I bought a blueberry for my friend but if I don’t see her soon I can’t guarantee she will get it.) i just checked out her website where there are even more flavors. AND, I don’t need to drive to Costa Mesa. she is in a lot of places like the laguna farmers market and great park in irvine.

OMG! This brittle is so good I moaned. The lemon cashew is so unique and different I know it will make a great gift. I am keeping the almond and maple walnut for myself. I can’t wait to go back to the Farmer’s Market next Sat to buy more. It is so light and crisp but not chewy and all of the flavors burst out. Try it!

I too found Heather’s Confections at the Swap Meet. I was bouncing around trying samples while waiting for my wife to shop when I tried Heather’s brittle. Holy Friggin’ Cow that stuff is good. I tried every sample she had and purchased the macadamia nut brittle. I don’t know how she makes it, but it’s light & fluffy and doesn’t get all jammed up in your teeth. And did I mention friggin’ delicious! I can’t wait to go back and get another flavor(the cashew is pretty tasty).

Heather sells the most amazing toffee at the Orange County Fairgrounds at their weekly farmers market saturdays and sundays from 7am-4pm. She has tons of different flavors, I think about 10, all made by her perfectly, good packaging, taste out of this world. My favorite was the cranberry walnut, the macademia nut was also great, all good really. Bags start off at $ 5 which is fair considering all the work she has put into it. Come support a local business at the farmers market!
