On any given weekend, this place gets wall-to-wall packed during breakfast and brunch hours! All understandable since the food is pretty decent. The not-so-understandable part is the terrible service I received from what appeared to be the manager. I came on a Sunday morning to place a to-go order, rather than dining in, since I knew the place would be overflowing with Sunday church-goers getting their breakfast/brunch on. I knew that placing a to-go order wouldn’t be that much faster, but I figured it would still be faster than waiting to be seated then waiting again to place my order, etc. As I squeezed through the hungry masses, I get to the to-go order counter, only to find no one there except for a gentleman who looked like the manager. He was preoccupied cashiering so I did not mind that he did not acknowledge my existence while I was waiting for someone to take my order. However, when his line cleared, he continued to ignore me. Not even a, «hello, how are you doing?» or, «I’m sorry, let me find someone to help you.» Is that not something they teach you at IHop 101? I remained patient as I waited for someone to come but after 5 – 10 mins of not being acknowledged by a single staff member, I finally asked him if I could place an order with him. His reaction to my request felt very much like he was disgusted at the idea that I would even bother him with the peon work of taking someone’s order. Instead of answering my question, he tells me he’ll find someone. I don’t know what the order of operations is at IHop but I don’t think his job would’ve been in jeopardy if he had just taken my order instead of making me wait forever for him to find someone else to do it. He takes off and finally comes back with a girl who looks more frazzled than Ms. Frizzle going 90 on the Magic School Bus. She wasn’t even dressed in IHop gear so I was unsure where he found her, but she was sternly instructed to take my order. I placed my order with her and the waiting game continued. The food came out in a fair amount of time given the crowds. The main issue once again was the manager-looking gentleman. Per usual, before I left, I inspected my bag to make sure I got everything I asked for. Upon inspection, I noticed that there was no whipped cream or syrup for my french toast. When I asked the guy for some as he was taking my payment, he abruptly tells me, «she already put it in the bag.» Uhhhh… no sir, she didn’t put it in the bag. And how would he even know if she did or not? He wanted nothing to do with me or my order! I told him that I checked the bag and there is no syrup or whipped cream to be found anywhere, so he took my bag and thoroughly inspected it himself… meaning he took each container out of the bag and opened everything up. Was that really necessary? Did he recently have people asking for one too many syrup packets? I don’t even think TSA checks my bags that thoroughly. He definitely made me feel like some hobo trying to sucker a free meal out of him. After realizing I was not a liar, he grabbed the syrup and whipped cream for me, tossed it in my bag and resumed ignoring my existence. No apology or, «have a nice day.» All I have to say is that he is very lucky that I was in the holiday spirit because he would not have been prepared for the HANGRY Grinch to come out. With service like this, I’d recommend that everyone IHop it on over to the Denny’s across the street.

Service at this place is really great. Staff members are clean, respectful and very professional. The installation is always clean and even though in the weekend morning Los is always busy, the wait does not go over 15 minutes. It is a great place to eat. Love it!

Our food was actually pretty good… BUT The young male server was a total ass to us. He said we weren’t allowed to place our order. It took us an hour to place our order then an extra 30 minutes to get our food. When we went to pay they wouldn’t separate our checks which I understand but then the woman that served us snapped and said she wouldn’t. It was ridiculous!!!

I went to IHOP last night the customer service that I recieved from Rose was great. She was really attentive to us and I saw that she was to other customers too… It was my first time trying the banana nutella crepes and they were great… I just wish they would have a bit more nutella and banana maybe in the center of the crêpe… I even bought extra to take home for my mom!

I come to this i hop with my friends to chat and have some breakfast on Wednesdays and I like the pancakes and breakfast options. The only thing I would say bad Is the bathrooms are just horrible. The crew really needs to work on that! But otherwise I like coming here for delicious breakfast options.

I truly enjoy IHOP’s food. But my service today was so bad. From the phone call to picking out my food. This review is on my take-out experience. IHOP: «Thank you for calling IHOP. How may I help you?»(the ONLY nice thing that was said to me) Me: «Hello. How much is for one original french toast?» IHOP: «You want one french toast?» *Silence(no, «can you please hold while I check for you?» IHOP:(Once again, no «thank you for holding» and I was given the price and my total. And that it would be ready in 5 minutes. I don’t remember a thank you at the end of the phone call, if it was, it was from me.) I never have a problem with parking at this location. I parked right in front. I came in, and no one greeted me. A man that was dining in beat to the register. No problem. The cashier helped him. When it got to my turn, I don’t even remember a «hello». So I told her I was picking up for Christina. IHOP: «The french toast and pancakes? It’s going to be $_._ _» I paid, and TIPPED! i was a $ 1 something, for my $ 8 something meal, that I’m sure people who order take out don’t often tip. «Let me get that for you.» Me: Thank you. That was the end of our conversation. I was never asked or given a listed receipt. She never asked if I wanted anything with my order. I don’t even remember her smiling. I completely understand people have bad days & that the holidays are coming up, but I honestly received such poor service from the lady who picked up the phone and the cashier that rang me up that it’s almost hard to enjoy my food. The ONLY nice person that helped me was a gentlemen that saw me waiting for my food after I paid. If he could help me and if I had been helped. I wish he was the one that picked up my call and rang up my food. I usually have better service here, so I drove almost a mile further to go to this location. I guess I should have went to another location.

Yum breakfast Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, at least, if I’m awake for it. My favorite spot for breakfast is ALWAYSIHOP. They seem to perfect the art of breakfast. Their pancakes are by far the best ones I’ve ever had. And I’m not sure what is in their French Vanilla coffee but. I really need to know how they make it that good! If I’m not in my usual coffee mood I go for the Splashberry :) My go-to meal is probably the 2×2×2 because that’s really all I can eat that early in the morning. I usually have a very light breakfast so the 2×2×2 is great. I get my eggs over hard, 2 sausages, and just the original pancakes. I do miss one of their crepes though. They use to have a nutella crêpe that I would treat myself to once in a while :(They seem to have discontinued it but it’s okay because I still enjoy their breakfast and will definitely be back soon!

When you have that craving of Breakfast for dinner, and if its late night on a Sunday, sure why the heck not? Travel down to IHOP. This loc in CM is not too bad. Its 24 hrs and is fairly clean. I enjoy coming here for the grub if its quick and a sit down. However, the service hasn’t been as great as a few years back, but its average. Food is tasty and satisfying for the price. I would like faster service, but it could be because the good servers are busing way too many tables(i use to be a server, its understandable) Pancakes galore await you, and they still specialize in mostly every fruit and style chocolate chip, jelly donut, pumpkin, etc. Very fluffy and sweet. Crepes are a delicious addition as well. Eggs, bacon, sausage etc. still mediocre in taste and delivery, but not in a microwavable taste, just the usual bland. Add your salt, pepper, tabasco and its all good. Perks: Breakfast combo are a good deal — comes with a crêpe of your choice! Also, the Root Tooty is a Classic choice that never goes out of style! Awesome Tip: Try the Chicken and Waffles plate!(Only if you are into it) Not too bad for a breakfast chain to deliver a home style dish the quick version way. I liked the portion size and the waffles were golden and crispy. Chicken was just strips, but it wasnt god-awful. OverALL: Good times. Breakfast all 24hrs at a sit down. Decent portion and price.

A 5-star IHOP? On this night it was. Best French toast I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Best service I’ve ever experienced at an IHOP or any other greasy spoon restaurant. Delores, our server, was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I love that this was a 24-hour IHOP. We needed our late-night fix and this did the trick. If I’m ever in the area again I will be sure to drop by.

My friends and I on occasion visit this location late night on Tuesdays. We always get the same server. I wish I knew her name, but you’d recognize her by her kind smile. We always try to tip well because she gives such great service! Our server also informed us that next Tuesday, Feb 18, their location will be serving free pancakes! I think it’s for Pancake Day or some holiday like that. Great tip though if anyone is interested.

I Hop is ok for breakfast food. My girlfriend and I got the waffles combo: eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Would I go back: I would if I’m in the mood… Just like every now-and-then I’m in the mood for Denny’s.

I swore I wouldn’t go back to IHOP after the last time but yet here I was again. It’s the only place I could think of that was open at a late hour in the OC. However now I know there’s an In-n-Out and Denny’s nearby. Score! Despite my hesitations, I do love that this place is very clean. It also has ample parking and it’s huge. We were quickly greeted and seated. Drink orders were taken and soon after that our menu orders. I think it’s my fault that I wanted something off the menu. Everything else just didn’t appeal to me but the lady should have just told me it was discontinued instead of serving me up something that in no way resembled the discontinued menu item(even though I did explain what the menu item was and what was in it). *sigh* It was a waste of my time and money. Next time, I’ll just stick to menu items. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. I might consider eating here again given the conditions but it won’t be my first choice.
