Skateboarder for 15 years from Kalamazoo, MI. God has blessed me so much through skateboarding and I can’t help but to share those blessings with today’s youth. From opportunities to travel the world to building self confidence and meeting hundreds of amazing people through it. I now reside in Huntington Beach, CA and am learning daily how I can continue to pour into this generation.

Love these guys, Indoor Volcom Skate Park is awesome! My 5 yr old loves going, and he learns so much each time he goes, even though he only goes every couple of months. Great group of people.

The intro 2 skateboarding program is an excellent program. For any parent looking for a place for their kids to learn, know these three things: 1) they care about the kids and their safety; 2) your child will learn a lot; and 3) they promote a very positive atmosphere where not just the instructors are encouraging but the kids are encouraging. For the beginner, they will hold their hands until they feel they are ready to go. Even then, they will be right there to catch them.
I can’t say a single thing bad about this place. Jon is an excellent skater and teacher of all ages. If you want to see him skate, check out Jon dupoian on YouTube. TJ helps Jon and is a cool guy and is great at teaching kids (I haven’t seen him skate but I’m sure he’s good too!).
The group lessons provide a good amount of instruction and because they take turns going it gives them a second to rest up. Jon just sent me some video he took of the session yesterday so I came back to edit this review and add that in. 5 stars.

Best program ever! My son had his first lesson with TJ and had never step foot on a board. He loves it! TJ was a great instructor! My son said he can’t wait to go again!

AWESOME PROGRAM. I have 1 boy and 1 girl and they both learned so much. You won’t get crazy music or language here so that is comforting. We will definitely be back this summer. The teachers are fun and encouraging.

My son has been doing the skate clinics off and on for about a year. The staff are great, very positive and encouraging. No matter the skill level there is something to be learned and fun to be had. If you are looking for a B– Day party idea they do parties that are worth checking out.
