This place has turned around. I used to come here a while back and they had some customer service issues. Disagreeing with some prior reviews, the product was fantastic, but the service was, well… Meh.
They seemed to have changed it up though. Now, whenever I’m in town, I go here to get my dry cleaning and alterations done. They are phenomenal! The staff has become friendlier and they use all organic and eco friendly cleaning materials. It’s hard to find a good cleaners who does honest work as well as keeps their procedure clean and efficient.
I consistently bring my suits here to get tailored and they always come back pristine with perfect cuts. I cannot stress this enough, the person who does the alterations for this store is a miracle worker. I genuinely commend the craftsmanship. Especially for the prices that they offer their work for, this place really is a place that cannot be beat.

They press your clothes at to hot of temperate my clothes shrunk and fabric was ruined! The front desk need costumer service training.

They do a decent job for a fair price, but most of the staff is so unfriendly I avoid the place.
They always seem annoyed.

I been using this cleaners for a few years and it’s been great to me they have friendly staff good prices and if I ever need anything with a short notice they will take care of me no questions ask thank you cresta especially alex the guy at the front counter is the best.

The customer service is about as crappy as it gets. But, The prices and quality of work are great! I would definitely recommend if you can get past the level of annoyance the guy at the front seems to have with his customers. Brush that off and you are stoked you found a good, inexpensive spot for how close it is to the water.

I have to agree with Cathy D. They NEVER get any stains out. EVER. I could just pay them to press the clothes (and press the stain in). 2 stars for being organic and friendly. Need to find a new dry cleaner.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Price is fair. The cleaning was good, but was charged for too many items. The employee refused to refund the difference, but would only give a store credit. But I will never go back to use it!

I’ve been using them for the pass few years since they are one of the few organic cleaners who don’t use harsh chemicals. I was satisfied for awhile until the past year their prices have been slowly creeping up and their service has been lacking… Their service is not consistant nor their prices. I’ve brought dresses in to get a stain out and I swear the only thing that was done to the dress was it was pressed and not really «cleaned»… Stains are still on there. I brought the dress home to see the stain still there… So, I used a” tide to go” stain removal pen and the stain came out… So, I’m convinced sometimes they don’t even try to take the stain out even though i marked it with their red tape and told them there is a stain on the dress. This not only happened once but, four times… I’m a forgiving person so, I tried to use them again recently to get a dress pressed only… Not cleaned, just pressed… The kicker was the guy with the pony tail was giving me such a hard time about my dress and accusing me of hand washing it and thus causing it to shrink. I told him that was the style of the dress and I just wanted it pressd not dry cleaned. He quoted me the dry cleaned price and I said no, I just wanted it pressed… He went down a buck and gave me dirty looks. It was totally rude and unprofessional. When I picked it up. My dress was still wrinkled. So, that’s the last time I’m going there… If you want half ass dry cleaning and rude employees with so called «organic cleaning»… You can come here…
