I wouldn’t even give this place one star but I had to. I went into this dentist office to get my wisdom teeth removed. The price was right and they seemed so genuine and kind. So the day I went into to get my teeth removed I was a little bit nervous but not a whole lot because I have been going to the dentist for almost 19 years. The dentist who is a man Dr. Riazi there is terrible. He was extremely rough pulling my teeth out and when I asked him to stop being so rough he scoffed at me and walked away like a child. He also kept flicking my face to get the novacaine in– who does that? He was rude to me the whole time and trash talked me in front of my friend who was waiting for me in the office. He didn’t give me the proper supplies when I left, I had to come back for them later on. I left the office in tears and his excuse was that I had high anxiety. What? I have never in my life had a problem with the dentist. These people don’t know how to run a business. Once I finally received a bill four months later, I called to complain. They told me that he never received a complaint before and that I should have told them immediately. I did– they just didn’t listen. I asked to have the owner call me back and that was almost three weeks ago. I called back today and was told she was too busy to call me back but don’t worry she talked to him. Wow– great job on conflict resolution! All in all, I was not treated with the respect I deserved as a patient. If I were you, don’t take a chance and step into this office. They misquote you too and charge more later on.
