Moore Replacements accommodated our busy schedules and came to our home at designated appointment time for an estimate. They answered all our queries in terms we could relate to. Mike Sr. brought a sample to show all the features and benefits of the window. Within 8 hours, he submitted via e-​mail a detailed written estimate inclusive of parts and labor.
Most of all he was professional, patient, personable, and pet friendly! We love the fact that Moore Replacements is a local family business. He took care handling our windows and respected our space by wiping his shoes before coming in. Great communication! Thank you, Mike!

Mike and his crew are great. Very honest group. Showed them my problems, they fixed a few on the spot and didn’t even charge me. Put in a few dog doors, fixed some windows for me, replaced some glass. Great job done. Will use again and I highly recommend them.

This is the third time I have used Moore Replacements to perform repairs at my mothers home. Like before an appointment was set, the tech was on time, inspected the dog door damage and headed out since part’s had to be ordered. Once the parts came in the repairs only took 45 minutes or so to complete. I was only charged one service call which was cool. The tech was clean and very professional while at the house. If there was one down fall, it’s was the time it took to order the part’s (3 weeks). I called Mike Moore after a couple of week to inquire on the part’s. He informed me the items I needed did not make the minimum order from the supplier so he had waited to add my items to another larger order. That was a very understandable reason, so no foul. All in all, Moore Replacement’s does a nice piece of work at a reasonable price! I would recommended them in a heart beat!

I needed to replace 3 window brackets that I couldn’t find ANYWHERE! They seem to be more exclusive than nuclear grade Uranium. I called a few places that wouldn’t give me the time of day. Moore Replacements, installed my windows and sliding glass door, about 15 yrs ago. I would walk my neighborhood and look at all the homes with newer windows and none were placed or looked as good as mine (you can see the difference). Moore replacements did an excellent job, very professional, clean, they really know there stuff!
My sliding glass door, started to get hard to open and closed. I called Moore Replacements and they came out and with in 20 min, they replaced the rollers and the door was like new!

Extremely pleased with Moore Replacements. Freddie came out and gave me a good quote. He delivered and replaced a new threshold for my slider, a new sliding screen door with a pet guard and screens for the house. The quality of the products is excellent. The screens are nice looking, durable and taut. Not the flimsy material that some companies use that need to replaced sooner than they should. Freddie was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. I’ll definitely be using Moore Replacemrnts in the future.

We have an old beach house with windows that had been losing the fight against salt air for decades. Mike and Gustavo replaced the windows, fixed the rotting wood around them, and they replaced old cracked glass throughout the house.
I highly recommend them. Good pricing. Family business. And it’s really sort of a relief to meet them and watch them work.

Just an update: as expected– the screen replacement went just as smoothly as the door tune up and repair. With Mike’s input I went with the pet material and the superguard. Not because my girl tries to rip up the screen but more because she needs reading glasses to see that the screen was closed! :/

Bottom line is an A++ recommendation for Moore Replacement.

So we had a sliding glass door that led to the backyard that would never stay on the tracks.
It was a pain to open or close.
It also lost its locking capabilities because of the track problem.
Our landlord put us in touch with Mike.
He came in and assessed the problem.
Explained what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future.
He took out the rusted wheels and worn components and was out our front door in less than 30 mins.
Mike is the man.

Called for a mid size quote. Mike came out and said a quote would be done the following business day, a Monday. Monday came and went. A week has gone by emailed for follow up. Assistan Fredy said no quote. Mike is now too busy to help. No call back no follow up. Dropped us with no respect. #byefelicia

I needed a pet door solution for my rental that did not have a patio slider. My landlord allowed me to remove the bottom glass panel from this storm/​screen door… then Mike had the solution! I requested plexiglass so my pup could see outside… it turned out great and it is removable for when I eventually move!

I found Moore replacements through Unilocal.I had called all the highest rated places and not only were they incredibly nice, thorough and honest on the phone. Based on what I explained to them they gave me a quote over the phone but I really appreciate them also providing an alternate quote just in case their over the phone assessment of my door was incorrect (because I really had no clue how to explain my sliding glass door problem).
They had me email over some photos and we scheduled a time to have them come measure. Everything was incredibly thorough and organized!
I needed to have two sliding glass doors get a tune-​up as well as having two sliding door screens made and one bedroom window screen replaced. Let me tell you, the turn around time for the screens was so incredibly quick and they gave my sliding doors the most amazing tune-​up to the point that I though it was a whole new door (it was soooo old and barely moved).
I HIGHLY recommend working with Moore replacements. They are efficient, organized, have wonderful pricing and do a through job very quickly!

I originally called Moore Replacements back a few months to fix a slider door that need to be refurbished since the wheels were shot and was difficult to open and close. Freddie came out and had the door working like new.
Fast forward about 2 months later and the door slips off the rail and completely freezes up. I called Moore Replacements and Freddie answered the phone and I gave him a run down on the problem. He immediately became defensive and passing blame. He stated that the door is of poor design and that we were probably mishandling it. First, that’s a pretty bold statement to make, then second he goes on to say that if they come back out they were going to charge us for another visit. WTF?! I this point I was becoming livid, and the owner Mike got on the phone. He pretty much echoed what Freddie said, but offered to come out and look at the door himself. He said it could be no later than 7:30am because he did not want to get stuck in traffic. Agreed.
On the day of the appointment, instead of Mike showing up, it’s Freddie. I saw him parked in front of our house and I went out to go get him. He gets out and no «Hello» or «Good Morning», it’s «I was just about to leave.» Nice. Now we just set ourselves up for a tense and confrontational interaction. (He stated that his paperwork stated a 7:00am appointment, it was 7:15am). He obviously was not happy to be here, and his attitude reflected that.
He again stated that the door was of poor design and that a wireless alarm sensor was causing the rear wheel to jump of the track. He then offered up a modification and I suggested tightening up the wheel a bit. Great, let’s see if this corrects the problem. Was that so difficult? He does the repair and leaves with little said.
All I asked here was for them to troubleshoot and fix the problem we were having with the door since it was now functioning worse than it did prior to the repair. The attitude was unnecessary and it poorly reflects this company as a whole.

We needed to replace the 2 small side windows next to our front door. I had called on a few places to give us a bid. They all came in around the same price, give or take $ 50.00 but I weigh my choice heavily on Unilocal and since this company had amazing ratings, I chose to go with them.
I can see why they were rated this high. They went and measured that same day, and told me it would take 4 to 5 days to get in and 2 to 3 hours to install. He installed them 4 days later and he is a perfectionist! They look beautiful and he cleaned up perfectly and took away the old glass as well. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and good!

Nice work by the team! I had my sliding glass door wheels replaced and track cleaned and it works like a charm now. I was debating replacing the entire door, but this was just as good. Process took about 45 minutes and it feels like I have a brand new door.
Kudos to Mike for explaining my options and I will certainly use Mike and his team again in the future.
