I went in Wednesday because my girlfriend and I bought the groupon for sale
75 min & foot bath for $ 25.
Foot bath?
They just put a bucket of god knows what when you’re laying down.
They’re massaging your head when your knees are bent and uncomfortable soaking. You cannot enjoy yourself.
After they leave you for a loooong time which cuts into your time.
They leave about 5 times out of the room.
When they finished they didn’t even excuse themselves and just leave you there. My friend and I were like «uhhh are they coming back or are they done?»
I was so sore but not in a good way. I did not enjoy the massage. She had no rhythm or any organization on how she massaged.
I do NOT recommend even if there is a $ 25 groupon for this joint…

Not a relaxing massage at all. I don’t even think the masseuses are certified to be honest. The first thing that threw me off was that they put my feet in a plastic bucket (the type you would maybe use to fill up with water to clean your floor) for the foot soaking… little unprofessional. Then the massage began. At certain points she was actually on my spine! VERY BAD. You can hurt someone pressing on the spine. At one point, she went to massage my feet and legs and she put on rubber gloves! Similar to how they give you foot rubs when you are getting a pedicure!!! Never in my life have I ever gotten a massage while they wear gloves!!! And I don’t think they used any oils, only cheap lotion… oh, I had paid for a 75 minute massage and they cut it 10 min early. I tipped $ 10 because I actually felt bad for the worker. I know she was trying her best, communication was a big problem. Any time I tried to say something to her, she didn’t understand. She actually didn’t speak any English, and that made it very challenging for her to tell me to move or flip over or anything. Really not happy and NOT worth it. Not even worth the Groupon price. Will not be going back. Am I able to give ½ a star?

I have been to this place many many times– it started with a great groupon deal and now I do the 3 75 minute package for $ 100. All I can say is you get what you pay for– it’s not bad but it’s not great either. I imagine I have had about every masseuse who works there and some are better then others but I have never had pain or injuries after. I keep coming because I can afford a massage every month and they do a good job for the price!

I purchased directly from them a three massage deal for $ 100 cash. The first massage was average, so I thought next time, I’ll communicate more clearly what would make for a better massage. So on my second massage, I did try to communicate what I needed, I even demonstrated with my hand showing different massage techniques I liked. Sadly because of the language barrier, my second massage turned out to be worse than the first. Well, I was optimistic, surely I could get one good massage out of three. On my third massage visit, I must have gotten the new massage girl. She had no idea what she was doing. I tried demonstrating simple massage techniques like I did on my second massage, but the new massage girl continued to dig her bony fingers into my flesh. The worst part, she had long fingernails that kept scratching and pinching me. I literally was flinching continuously. I don’t understand why I didn’t just get up and leave, but it’s such a peculiar situation to be in. I just kept hoping that somehow maybe it would get better. Finally it ended and I couldn’t wait to get out of the place. I knew prior to leaving that customers are expected to hand over a cash tip. Again, it’s such an awkward position to be in when the massage was lousy. I just wanted to get out of there with no more conflict. My new massage girl was standing next to the woman manager. I handed my massage girl a five dollar bill. The manager saw me hand the five dollar bill, instantly the manager lady looked at me with the evil eye and said, «This no good, $ 10 average tip!» I responded, «It’s the customer’s choice to give a tip and the amount of tip is the customer’s discretion.» I also told the manager that the massage was not good and five dollars was actually too generous!” I left and knew I’d never return.
Reflecting back over the three visits, I remember the staff seemed disinterested and apathetic which only makes for a negative experience for them and the customer. And the pushy tip demand, so not right. Hopefully they’ll take consideration of their Unilocal feedback and actually do something progressive and positive to improve their business.

Absolutely worst massage I have ever had in my life!
When I bought 2 Groupon massages to be shared between myself and my girlfriend, I never would have thought I would need to have 2 doctor visits shortly after for the damage the so called «masseuse» caused to both of my shoulders. My girlfriend had used her coupon first a month prior and had also complained of discomfort but I didnt take her as seriously as I should have.
Here I am now almost 3 weeks later writing a review to hopefully warn others not to use this service. Luckily I have medical insurance, but I have still paid more than the Groupon itself in 3 Dr. visits and 2 different sets of prescriptions.
DO NOT GO HERE

The WORST massage I have ever gotten in my life. I wasted 75 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
I bought a Groupon for this establishment for my Bf and I. Making an appointment was easy, check in process was smooth, the room was the just the right ambiance and the music was just right. Then came in the «masseuse».
They came in with a bucket full of water and placed it on top of the bed and sunk my feet in. It was so uncomfortable. While my feet were soaking, they started with a head and arm massage, then my feet and legs. There was no pressure nor did it seem like they knew what they were doing. It felt like they were making it up as they went. LITERALLY they were only rubbing oil on my body with no pressure what so ever.
When it came time for my back massage, I thought she was going to break my back. She got on top of the massage bed and straddled me to «massage» my back. The entire 75 minutes I was so annoyed and upset. I COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE. My BF complained about the exact same thing.
They also kept leaving for few minutes at least 4 times.
Please don’t waste your precious time or money here.

Never again. My back still hurts after a whole month after coming in with just a bit of tension. I kept telling the man that it was too rough and he got mad and rushed my service. When I was laying on my stomach I can smell his very foul feet threw the hole my face was in. Omg this not chic at all massage parlor could at least have better service & therapist for the money. I should have got back. Of I could no stars

Absolutely amazing! Great prices, very nice and friendly. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage for $ 40 each full body. I definitely recommend it! Make sure to call for an appointment.

The massage I had by therapist Amy was amazing. I walked in having total pain and walked out a new person. The only thing more unbelievable than the massage was the price…$ 40 for a 75 minute deep tissue. You can’t find a better deal anywhere.

My Head 2 Toe Massage Place
My boyfriend surprised me with a massage here a few months ago. It was our first time getting a massage. Walking in kinda seemed like a doctors office, but the waiting area looked pretty zen with the bamboo plant, the Buddha waterfall, and oriental chairs. They brought us in right away (we were the first customers of the day) and took us to a room with two massage beds. The only things she told us was «take off» «towel» «face up» then closed the door. Since it was our first time we had no idea what we had to do. They walked in & laughed because we had no idea how to wear the towels. They fixed us and put our feet in relaxing warm water then went straight to it.
They really live up to their name– My head 2 Toe. They really started from my head town to my toes
First, they started with our face and head. She utilized every part of her hands for the different pressure parts in your face, head, and back of your neck. From the start, I felt the tingling sensation of relaxation throughout my body.
They do every single little crevice of your body making you feel so relaxed when you leave. I highly recommend this place! I don’t know why there are such bad reviews. They do their best & if you say it hurts, then I guess you can’t handle.
Tips:
–girls don’t wear makeup bc they do massage your face

It’s been a while since I’ve had a massage, but it was much needed. My friend found this place and we decided to give it a try. For $ 25 — 60 minute massage is not a bad deal at all, we made an appointment in the evening and that was not a problem at all. It was really quiet when we arrived which was nice to have the room pretty much to ourselves for the first 45 minutes. It was relaxing, however the random talking between the ladies gets annoying. They only did it a few times, but still. You do get what you pay for.
They really do head to toe. They massage your head (Which could be improved)
Your face, arms, legs, hips, feet. My favorite is the foot massage and the back massage/​stretching with the hips.
It was very relaxing and comfortable, for the price I would come back again.

The worse customer service ever and I already have low expectations for these type of establishments.
Came here in person to schedule a massage for Monday morning on Friday afternoon. Showed up on Monday and the same sour faced lady said she has no record of my appointment. Even with my Chinese, they won’t apologize or try to find an alternative solution. Mind you, it’s 10:30 AM on a Monday! How busy can you be?
With so many good foot massage establishments, don’t buy a groupon for this place and spend your money else where.

I have been here in the past and the last time I wasn’t very happy because they tried to shorten my massage even though I paid for $ 75. The massage was good, but I specifically asked for my lower back to be done because I suffer from sciatica, and literally every part of my body was massaged but my lower back and butt (which is where the sciatica pain is located). I told the lady when I called, when I got there and again explained during my massage and somehow it was lost in translation (literally).
I was really hoping to give them a chance with the hope of a good massage, but I guess you get what you pay for (cheap).
I only recommend this place if you want what they tell you that you will get.
Also they made me pay and tip before hand which is unheard of because you tip according to the massage. When I left after complaining she asked me to tip (again), and I had to tell her I already topped when I paid BEFORE my massage.
COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED

After eating in the area, the bf and I decided to get foot massages. We walked in and they were able to accommodate us. We decided on the foot massage — $ 25/​hour.
It didn’t feel like a massage at all. No pressure, just the masseuse rubbing lotion on me the whole time. She put so much lotion on me that I left the place with oily hair, my cardigan sticking to my skin, and my feet sliding in my flats.
Both the bf and I agreed that it was beyond mediocre from what we have experienced with foot massages. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I received a groupon for this place as a christmas gift from a friend. Having never had a professional massage, I don’t have much to compare it to. I didn’t have any issue scheduling an appointment. I called only a day ahead and they scheduled me in for an afternoon appointment.
I know massages can be uncomfortable for some people, but i never thought much of it. The lady at the front desk showed me to my room and told me to undress and put a sheet over me. When the masseuses entered the room, It was a bit awkward because she didn’t say anything. Actually, the only words muttered were asking if the pressure was okay during certain points of the massage. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of a stranger touching you and need to be eased a little beforehand, this might not be the place for you. Overall, the massage was a very relaxing experience.

I used the Groupon deal! Such a great deal too! I’m not sure why I’m seeing all the negative comments about the difficulty of making a reservation. I booked for a next day and got the booking immediately with no problem!
What I got completely exceeded my expectations! Complete head 2 toe; they weren’t kidding! Gina made me feel so good afterwards, I felt like I just cheated on my husband! Gina found knots on my body that I didn’t even know I had. She worked extra hard on all the knots in my back… and I had so many knots!!! Loved it so much… I tipped $ 20. Yup…$ 20! No regret at all!

I concur with a prior review my Renee on ¹⁰⁄₃₁. Everytime I called and mentioned groupon, they would say they are all booked. Even two days in advance and they are still all booked. I would definitely never recommend this establishment to anyone. Don’t bother buying the Groupon deal. It will take you time to call and get a credit back to your credit card.

Seeing the previous reviews I thought I would have gotten a decent massage. I get massages often and actually prefer these hole in the wall places because I know they can get the job done. Boy was I wrong about this one.
My masseuse was definitely inexperienced and was just harshly rubbing as opposed to massaging. I asked her TWICE if she could have someone else come instead because I was extremely tense and can literally feel my knots so I need someone who is able to give a PROPER deep tissue massage.
She said no one else was there and she can do it. Her version of deep tissue massage was being more rough and aggressive than she was before. The table was literally shaking because she was so unnecessarily rough. On the drive home my back was bothering me. Come to find out, I have a bruise on my back from this woman. She had no idea what she was doing.
Basically, no deep tissue massage, no relaxation whatsoever, no reflexology (my nail tech does a much better job), oh and I still left with knots and gained a bruise.
Don’t waste your time.

My mom and I decided to try out this place after I checked the reviews and saw a great deal on Groupon for it. The deal cost $ 35 which included a 75 minute full body massage and foot reflexology (I didn’t even know what that meant, but it sounded nice).
For the deal we got, I must admit, we got way more than we even expected! It was amazing. They are not joking about the «head 2 toe» title either. I was in a peaceful paradise for 75 minutes. Lucy was my masseuse and she was wonderful, she is strong and provided the high intensity massage I was looking for. I felt things move and pop all over my body, it just felt so good.
My mom got Nicky, which she was very happy with as well. We agreed that we would definitely be back!
I highly recommend making an appointment, they get booked up really fast. :)
