Excellent car wash, done promptly, nice people. Not a long wait at all.

I have never received a better car wash in my life. I had my Lexus detailed here and waxed. It was a little over $ 100 but it turned out to be no less than perfect. Beautiful work.

In response to the message from the manager. I can assure you that there was absolutely NO DAMAGE to my car before it was washed. I inspect my car thoroughly before each wash, so I’m 100% sure that it was not I that damaged the car, but your employees. I do not recommend this company as it seems they refuse to take responsibilities for their mistakes and will do nothing to at least make up for it. Be wary of them before giving them you car.

If I could I’d leave this place zero stars I still have five washes from a package I bought with the other owners I spent a couple hundred bucks on which they only semi-​honor, still have to pay extra for services I already paid for with the other owners. Though, didn’t have them with me today so I paid full price. I explained to the manager who is always very polite and accommodating, what I wanted done to my car and that I needed to be out by exactly 1 o’clock which was 45 minutes for them to work on the car, he said perfect no problem. Some douche bag in a red Mustang pulls up next to me after I’ve already receive my ticket and you can tell that he and the manager know each other and are friendly, guess who’s car gets worked on immediately even though I was there first, the mustang. His car is literally completely ready to go and they haven’t even began to vacuum mine, not to mention they have also vacuumed and washed 3 other cars and are in the process of finishing them as well. I go mention this to the girl at the front desk, she goes and tells them to start my car. I literally counted 9 cars washed and mine STILL has not gone through the wash yet. I’m fucking pissed at this point, I tell her I want my money back, the passive aggressive little coward she is refuses to even look me in the eye and is busy texting on her phone, telling me she can’t do that and the manager is at the bank. Guess I’m shit out of luck huh!!! It’s moments like these you’d love to take that phone and shove it down her smug throat. She goes out n says something to the guys again and says it’ll b done in 10 minutes, it’s now 12:50, I tell her, ya, we’ll see. Seeing as how it STILL HASNT BEEN WASHED YET IM NOT SURE THATS A POSSIBILITY. I finally see my car going through my the wash, with one minute to 1 o’clock, the time I have to leave by. The manager comes in, you can tell he’s aware of the siuation and instead of profusely apologizing, he just looks uncomfortable and avoids me, mumbling they will have it ready soon. I’m done waiting n have to go at 1:07, I tell the front desk girl I’m pissed, this is disrespectful, I’ve been coming here for 3 years won’t b back and let her manager know this is bullshit. She gives me a snotty look I’d love to smack off her stupid face. F this place. I won’t b back.

Don’t waste your time or you money on this car wash. I went on a Wednesday afternoon with one car in front of me. Obviously they have time to do a good job right? Wrong.
The entirety of the wash was too short. Typically my car wash is around 20 min for a SUV. They were done in 10 min.
So here’s the list of issues:
–Had to ask them to re-​vacuum my trunk and floor mats because it wasn’t done well. They said if I wanted the dog hair removed, I would need to get it detailed? How about you just take some time to vacuum the trunk to begin with instead of giving me excuses?
— Then I look at the hood and front bumper. They didn’t get any of the dead bugs off from the wash. What the hell did I get a car wash for? It’s not a car rinse… wash the damn car you lazy ass.
NEVER EVER will I go back to this establishment. There’s way too many good car washes in Orange County to waste your money or time here.

This is my favorite car wash and detail location! Always so eager to help. They truly care about my happiness as a customer. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!! I hope to have Many more pleasant experiences with this car wash service!!!

Pulled up at 5:20. Wasted our gas driving all the way down here for a quick car wash service and they refused service to us 40 min before they closed. They’re out there laughing it up done for the day. Typical. Don’t waste your time with such poor service.

Coming here for long time

Having just moved to Costa Mesa, I went looking for a local car wash. I tend to support my choices with loyalty. After sampling most from $ 6.00 to $ 18.00 per wash, I came upon Nwpt Mesa CW on Harbor. Staff was competent and friendly, time was well managed there.
So after 3 months, I opted to go «full boat» with a $ 99.00 exterior wax. I was moved away from the less expensive options due potential streaking a black car. Upon completion, I was mightily impressed with an exceptional job. Thumbs up workmanship. The result was superior and I now give Newport Mesa Car Wash an unqualified endorsement. A clean car is the mark of personal pride. And mine shines.
Jose provided a right on time and professional outcome with a smile. I not only will return but extol their virtues. Do go ahead and try the competition but this will be the Goldilocks answer. The «ultimate experience.»

I came to Newport Messa car wash today and they did an amazing job my car had so many little dirt scratches and they took them all out my car looks like a brand-​new car they left my car from inside smelling so clean is the best car wash I’ve ever been too 10.99 that’s a bargain for a car wash you get vacuuming and you get your car cleaned from the outside honestly I will come to this car wash for many years to come
I love that vacuuming is included and not self served, try this place out, won’t regret

It was the first time I get full detailing for my new car, which is a used car. I was very impressed with how the car became after their work, The car looks like a new car.
I also liked what they do as a car wash.
Their chemicals makes the car really looks very shiny. And they have good packages for a complete hand wash including vacuuming.

Great people, excellent wash. Thursday’s between 8 – 9 AM it’s only $ 9.99 for a full wash job.
Friendly people, great prices and outstanding attention to detail.
What more could you ask for.

Amazing service! I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to come to this location. The products they use are top notch and the men work really hard to do the best. Prices are reasonable. Receptionist at the front is sweet and knowledgable (unlike other car wash locations)! If you want your car to have that clean sparkle glisten in the sun look, come here! You would think with so many car wash locations it would be easy to find a location that does a great job but thats not the case. So glad I found this place (thanks to Unilocal)!

Amazing job on my car and very professional and courteous. Tons of junk in my car I forgot about and they made it look brand new.
I saw marks on my car I didn’t see before when all was said and done, and even while it was not their fault and I admittedly and regrettably was super rude and unhappy about it, they buffed them out for me and made me a happy customer. Random decision to go here but will always take my car here for my California trips from now on. Thank you very much.

Came here on a Friday at noon and there was no wait! They did an awesome job, car is so nice and clean now. They accept credit cards too. You can add a tip and they give you cash so you can tip the guy who dries your car. I like knowing that the tips go to the workers and not management.
I got the regular wash and dry with a vacuum and it was $ 15. A bit expensive, but they really did a great job.

The detailing work they did was very impressive,
The car was in a very bad need for interior cleaning ‚
And they gave me a very good offer. And after couple of hours they gave me the car looking as good as new. Specially the dashboard and doors without the oily stuff the other places put on.
They say they have a new Italian products that they are using. And I really like it.

This is my go too carwash in Costa Mesa. Nice people… newer facility, friendly staff.
I was there last weekend waiting for my Audi and the guy walked up and handed me a cell phone that he found under my seat. Took me a while but I found out my friend had left it there some time ago. Nice that they’re honest!
The quality of the service has been excellant every time I’ve gone over the last year or so. I’m a fan.
I have amongst others… a 2004 Nissan Quest Mini Van I use for my business. It’s been FOREVER since it’s had a proper detail and wash… so I called up and asked prices. $ 80 for a complete interior detail (which it sorely needed) and a in & out detail for $ 100. I opted for the interior and a hand wash and hand wax which brought it up to $ 120. Dropped it off yesterday at 11am and picked it up at 4pm.
Wow! the interior looks GREAT and the paint shines like I haven’t seen it years! I am VERY satisfied and am increasing my review to 5 stars.

Soo impressed by this place! I was in the area on business and at very last min decided to stop off and get my car washed. The facility was similar to most but the customer service was above and beyond! Jose Mendoza was so professional and helpful. I value service so much that I decided to stay after my car was washed to sit and post this. not to mention, the price was AWESOME!!!
