Do NOT shop here!!! They are slow in responding with any questions. Even customer service from India respond faster than these guys!
I have requested for my General Liability certificate twice this week and I have yet to get a phone call back. And yes, my insurance premiums are current and paid on time.
When you call their number, there is no live operator. Just an answering machine. It’s hard to believe anybody even works here.
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of companies that take customer service seriously. These guys DO NOT!
I will not be renewing my policy when it expires next month.
