Premier Cleaners

We recently dropped off 5 pieces of which one suit was stained with red wine. Not only did they get all the stains out, they were also really reasonably priced and extremely friendly and knowledgable. The owner was honest about a stain that they couldn’t get out anymore and because I had my hands full he actually offered to carry the clothes back to my house. Highly recommend this dry cleaner.

I am very happy with how my silk blouses are cared for and cleaned, along with the great rates.
I recently had black dye transfer (while in the closet) to my beloved beige jacket. I was certain it was a total loss because of the type of stain, but Premier ended up saving my coat! If I had taken it to any other cleaner, I am sure that the end result would have been different.

Premier Cleaners is great! Friendly, fast, great customer service. Eric accommodated my requests and kept me informed about when my items were ready. It is easy to get to (right by Ralphs) and the prices are fantastic.

A recent bad experience at the DMV inspired me to leave this feedback for a store that just gets it and does it right. It’s easy to write scathing reviews for places like the DMV but the good and decent and hardworking operations are rarely heralded and celebrated.
This review is my attempt to restore balance on the internet. After the DMV, I racked my brains for the ultimate anti-​DMV and Premier Cleaners came to mind.
Honestly, they don’t do anything miraculous drycleaning-​wise for me. I drop off my dirty clothes and they come back clean. I only really appreciate what they do when I’ve used other cleaners when I’m away on business. First, I appreciate them when I’ve paid at those places (up-​charges galore) and second when I notice how my clothes have been handled – Shirt buttons come back broken, collar stays are gone, lapel rolls on suit jackets have been crushed/​pressed flat, and pant creases are doubled up.
Amazing attention to detail here, actually, and lots of pride in their work. All things I can get behind in a friday-​night-​lights-​coach-​taylor-​east-​dillon-​panthers sort of way. There have been a few times where they’ve pointed out stains that I wasn’t even aware I had and, more often than not, the stains were taken care of after I gave them permission to be more aggressive and to try a different cleaning process that the owner suggested. And there was one time when the owner followed me out the store and reprimanded me for not holding the order high enough and dragging my girlfriend’s dress on the ground.
