I would give Pure Water Pools 100 stars if I could because Pure Water Pools blew us away from start to finish in every aspect of our pool building process. The owner Randy has built an incredible organization that makes the pool building process as easy, stress-​free, smooth and FUN as possible, which says a lot when taking on a project of this magnitude.
My initial contact was with Sarah in the office, who was incredible helpful, knowledgable and extremely responsive in helping us set up appointments, answering questions, and then putting together our quote and all the revisions. She was ON IT. And so NICE.
Then from our first meeting with Randy, I just had a feeling this was the way to go. His knowledge and expertise was apparent, and in addition, his quiet confidence immediately put us at ease with the feeling that we would be in good hands.
Next came our pool /​yard design that was done by Thai in their office who came up with the most incredible ideas we never would have thought of! Even better, we got to view computerized life-​like videos and images to truly help us visualize exactly what the pool, yard and hardscape would look like. I can’t tell you how helpful this is!!! He was incredibly patient with our revisions and questions and designed a pool and yard that fits our family’s functional needs in a design that we could not be more in love with.
Then came the crew doing the work here. Every day they were out front early, ready to start and were the most polite, hardworking, efficient team. Randy told us the pool would be done in 60 days and we didn’t believe that was possible, but after seeing how hard his team works and how no time or days were wasted, it WAS done in 60 days!!! We also feel that the attention to detail put into our work was impeccable. Every concrete score, tile, etc. was done beautifully.

Even after completion of the project, Randy has made himself available immediately to answer our questions as we learned to use our new pool and equipment. He truly just goes above and beyond in everything, which is why I tell everyone I meed just how much we LOVED working with Pure Water Pools. It is making me tear up a little right now writing this, that is how grateful we are for our experience with this company.
We contacted them after getting a glowing review from a friend who built a pool with Pure Water, and I almost thought it sounded too good to be true, because they had the same experience as us.
They won’t be the cheapest pool building company you will find (and aren’t the most expensive either), but the quality of the team, their expertise and quality craftsmanship comes with a higher price, which in the end, is priceless. It’s a big investment — you want to make sure you go with a company you can trust.

I was so happy to have my pool built by Pure Water — it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with outside construction and pool building as I’ve built 3 pools and this was by far the easiest and fastest!
From the start to the end I have nothing but positive things to say from Randy with the initial plans to the wonderful crew who would come daily and never leave a mess it was a pleasure! I highly recommend!
