5 days after I ordered I was told the product was in transit(new OEM printer part). Today I called and was told the part was not in stock and had never shipped. Was offered reman part for same price. Excrement of the bullness. Disputed the charge with Amex. Please note they also do business as LD Products according to Amex.

These people are Horrible. First off we chose them because they said we would get out product next day. It arrived 8 days later so they basically lied to get our business. It turned out the item was incorrect so we asked if could be traded in for the correct item. They gave me a hard time and basically told me to sell it on ebay. The reason they said they wouldn’t take it back is because I had opened it. Funny closing the box looks exactly the same as when I got it but that was their excuse. It was a 62 dollar item. I really hope it was worth it for them. I promptly called someone else, got the item for half the price, free shipping and will have it overnight. Oh and the other company gives me a 30 day no questions guarantee would not take the fact that I opened the box against me. I will post the name of the company once my order comes in as advertised. If there is a problem with your order at Quickship rest assured you will not be taken care of because they do not care about you as a customer and you will be stuck .I honetsly cannot believe these people stay in business. I purchased 2 toners from Quickship, non OEM. The first toner printed less than 2⁄3 of the advertised volume, keep in mind that my printer is set for the least quality in order to maximize the toner cartridges. The second toner received was broken. A piece of plastic on the outside of the cartridge was damaged prior to Quickship sending it to me. When I called to report the issue and attempt to obtain a replacement product, I was told that it would take 4 – 5 days to send me a replacement. I requested a refund and was told that it would be expedited to me. It has now been two weeks since the return of the damaged product and I have yet to receive the refund. I was told that it takes three weeks to check in a returned product, and another week to receive the refund. Ridiculous! In short, I would recommend consumers to stay away from this company. You may think you are getting a good deal, but it seems like with Quickship, you get what you pay for! I will gladly spend more money at a traditional retailer.
