Ruff Ties is a Philanthropic Pet Fashion Label based out of Newport Beach, CA. Our intention is to style out Dogs at Shelter & Rescue events to facilitate Adoptions.
Our Street team volunteers extra hands, drops supplies and styles the puppies so they look extra cute for the onlookers and soon to be future families.
