History
Established in 2010.
We started as a Food Truck and opened our first restaurant at The Lab in October of 2013. We are famous for our Beer Battered Avocado Tacos and our appearances on The Food Network and The Ellen Show.

Business Owner
Stephanie Morgan started Seabirds in order to create another healthier option here in Orange County. She’s passionate about locally sourced produce and using organic and sustainable ingredients. Her food is unique yet simple, fresh and full of flavor! You can expect chiles, garlic, lime and heat when she’s in the kitchen.
