Can’t say enough about this
They changed my insurance, they orderd my appraisal @ 515 $ to our credit card lost our file 2 times & then changed us to Citadel who does not have an office in cal nor has Citadel heard of them or ANY record of us being in thier system oh & after the order of our transcript s the IRS is hounding us. they advertised in Texas as a Texas based company. wish I had more leagle recourse than a review that will have No effect on thier practice. Clay Pâté & another family member who is there should be investigated.

These guys are amazingly stupid. They call, harass, and even have their low life coworkers call you back. You would think for the $ 9 per hour they make, they would at least be knowledgeable about your property. They don’t even know which house is your primary residence. I am reporting them to the better business bureau today

I randomly walked into SecureOne Capital after seeing some good Unilocal reviews. To be honest I was pretty sure I wouldn’t qualify for a home loan but figured I would check first before looking for another apartment to rent. Taz walked me through the process, kindly answered my dumb questions and the next day I had a pre-​approval letter and a referral to a fantastic real estate agent (shout out to Courtney Lingle). 3 weeks later I found a house I loved. 3 weeks later I had the keys to that house. By all accounts I got a great deal on the home I wanted, in record time, with minimal BS. I don’t remember the last time I heard of a business treating a perfect stranger with the kind of honesty, integrity and efficiency that Taz, Alex & Gardenia showed. There’s not enough stars for these people.

This place is horrible. Never hire this place. My husband and I have been trying to refinance for 7 mo the now. The first guy, who was referred to us would lose documentation, asking us to send him new paperwork every month. Then he takes a leave of absence without telling us. We get in touch with another loan agent who promises to get things done for us. It’s been 3 weeks and we have not heard anything from him. I’m trying to get in touch with them and it’s like pulling teeth. No one will return my phone calls. It’s been a nightmare. Beware.
