I highly recommend Serpentine Limo. I can’t think of a more fun way to celebrate a night with friends than being driven around with Serpentine Limo. More importantly, Kirill provides excellent service and helps ensure that everyone in the group is taken care of. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing services with very affordable prices! Kirill was our driver for our wedding and he was on time and knew how way around OC very well from ceremony, to park where we had our photos then to the reception. And got us to all the places on time. Bus limo was clean and accessible for us to play our own music. He was a very safe driver as well. Had a blast using his services, will definitely use their services again!

We used Serpentine Limo to go to San Diego airport from Dana Point, our driver (Karl) showed up on time, Town Car looked nice and clean with complimentary water bottles. We used Serpentine Limo for my husband’s 60^th birthday celebration and we had the most amazing time! John was our driver and he was fantastic. Arrived on time, very professional and limo was clean and spotless inside. As soon as the driver saw my husband he greeted him and wished him a happy birthday. He was so friendly and professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better day!

I found this limo/​party bus service on Unilocal and I must say the reviews are very spot on. I had such a fun time for my 30^th birthday.
It was not in the itinerary to stop at a grocery store on the way to our destination but Karl did it for us anyway.
I highly recommend his services for anyone that plans to do something fun for a special occasion.

KARL IS DA MAN!!!
Two months back I booked a party van for about 20 people on a Friday night and it was honestly one of the best nights Ive ever had! Karl picked us up in a very nice clean bus on time and with a great smile, attitude. We all started popping off the bottles and drank on the way to very exclusive clubs in LA. Once we parked outside of Supperclub, Karl walks us all right in at 11pm prime time with huge lines outside. All of the bouncers treated him like the true Gangster that he is. After an hour or two there, we agree to head out because we wanted a more asian crowd. We all gather on the bus and head out to Metro and again, huge crowds and Karl walks us all in.
Towards the end of the night, we all hop back into the bus and one of my drunk girlfriends starts some shit with some random beezy outside the club and they start fighting each other (oh god). But then all of a sudden, its seriously like a mob fight, dudes get in there and everything. Next thing you know, this huge ass dude gets me a headlock *frown face*, 2 seconds later… #BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM… KARL GETS OUT OF THE BUS AND JUST KNOCKS ON ALL THE DUDES ON THE OPPOSING SIDE LIKE A NINJA TURTLE MELEE VIDEO GAME!!! He picks up a few of us and puts us all back in the van and makes sure we are all accounted for before we take off. It’s almost Terminator 4 status. After all the rukkas we are in the van tending to our wounds and next thing you know, we are home safely.
Serpentine Limo is the only limo service I’d ever call again. The prices were very reasonable and they have all the right hook ups. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty for an epic unforgettable night. I’ll be talking about this night for ages.

Without a doubt, this is by far the best limo service in California. We take limos or town cars to several places several times a year, so we’re very familiar with good and bad limo services around the LA and Orange County area. We first contacted Karl over two years ago and have used and referred him to others at least 40 – 50 times since then. Very courteous, accommodating and great pricing and value. All of his limos, town cars, and party busses are clean and comfortable. Karl is our driver for life!

This is definetly a company to go with! At the beginning i had my worries but talking to Karl ressured me i was getting my moneys worth. We hired a 20 person party bus for prom and fit well. We greatly apprecitaed having arrived right on time and took us to dinner then got us to prom just on time. The inside of the bus was just beautiful and the music and lights worked great. We arrived and rode in style and this is a company i will be using again for future events. There is no doubt that Karl gives you excelent service and beautiful cars.

Just celebrated a friend’s 30^th b day party and we used Serpentine Limo. Again, the limo was very clean and the driver was great. On time everywhere and very professional. Highly recommend.

I booked a party bus with Karl about 3 weeks before our event. I decide to do a brewery tour for my boyfriends birthday picking us up in San Clemente and going to breweries in Vista and San Marcos. Karl was super responsive whenever I had questions before the day of, and the whole process was completely painless. We had the max amount of people on the E450 bus (20) and although it was a little bit cramped everyone had a great time (I was originally only anticipating 15 people). The music hook ups were easy to use with everyone’s iPhones and the stripper pole proved to be a priceless piece of entertainment for the group. We got to all of our destinations (4 breweries total) and back to San Clemente without a hiccup. All in all my boyfriend said it was the best birthday he has ever had, and the ease of service with Serpentine definitely helped the laid back/​fun vibe of the day. I will definitely be using Serpentine for my events in the future. Thanks Karl!

My wife and I have used Serpentine Limo Services for a few different events. We’ve been very impressed with their service, customer service, and professionalism. Our driver Karl has been great. When we go to schedule his company’s services he has been on top of it with prices and time. We most recently went up to LA with our family and friends and really enjoyed ourselves. He asked us to give him a ball park time for when we wanted to be picked up and we could call or text him to change it without any problems. We have been satisyed every time we use Serpentine Limo Services and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Karl!

After shopping around at several limo and party bus services for our prom, this company gave me an awesome deal. The guy is very friendly and is willing to work with you. Hands down the best prices and service I’ve seen. Can’t wait to use this company again!

What a rip off!
I just inquired for a wedding shuttle service for a simple service: a shuttle from our hotel in Costa Mesa to our Fullerton venue, then from our Fullerton venue to the Costa Mesa hotel.
The man who answered the phone, Karl, said that since Saturday nights are busy, the minimum charge would be $ 150 an hour for their party bus for a minimum of 6 hours… even though we just needed their service at 4:15 pm and 10 pm to and from the hotel and venue.
When I asked what the driver would be doing in between that time… he said he couldn’t tell me, but he’d have to charge me. So when I asked WHY we would be paying $ 150 an hour when we don’t even know what the driver is doing during wedding, he got combative and said that I was picking on him for explaining his services. So I asked if we could use the driver during those 5 hours, and he said if I did… I’d have to pay an additional cost. WHAT THE HECK?!
In total, Karl said it would be almost $ 1000 to have 20 guests dropped off at the venue, then later dropped off at the hotel. It seemed like the costs and details of his «services» are completely arbitrary, and I wouldn’t trust this company at all. When I told him this was a little too expensive for what he provided, he began to get frustrated and told me about how much the bus costed him and how it wasn’t worth it to just charge a few hundred dollars for one business transaction.
Avoid like the plague! Got much better service and costs at another shuttle company… based on other negative reviews here it seems like when things don’t go the way they’d like — they make up reasons and excuses on whim… kind of like the way they wanted to charge us for services they weren’t even providing!

After shopping around and price comparison/​reading reviews on Unilocal I decieded to make a deal with them. I was sketchy at first just because other reviews mentioned a broken down vehicle so I didnt know if it was the party bus or not. But I rented out a black party bus for my 25^th birthday from Inland Empire to Hollywood. For 15 people.
The call was made late at 11pm and I was happy that I got a live person and not a answering machine like some other businesses that I called. The deposit was only $ 100 bucks to confirm my day reservation so I took advantage of that immediately.
I also told Karl that I needed ideas of the place I wanted to go and he referred a party promoter they work with named Jamie. Which that was a completly different story to my bus experience.
The day of my bday:
The bus did arrive 10mins or so before 8pm (which is the time we agreed upon). On time! While people we settling in the bus I was talking to the driver to come up with the rest of the money. He tried to over charge me about $ 120 more of the difference of what we had discussed on the phone. I was lucky enough to pull up my online receipt via email that I had saved on my phone and told him I would call the number I had called prior to the reservation. To my surprise it was the driver I spoke to at 11pm a month ago and he said it was ok on the price we agreed upon… not cool on account that I got a baby heart attack.
The bus provided water, ice, cups (even though on the phone they said no) and sodas… we did provide our own drinks that were allowed on the bus as long as everyone was over 21. The bus was clean has a tv, bar area, ac is cool, fire fighter pole (stripper pole) lol. Oh and cant forget bluetooth capability for your music needs ;)
Our driver Karl was nice overall and did a pit stop for us so that we could go to the restroom near our location (as we requested). And even offered to take a group pic of all of us. (Now that was nice).
We got to our location at the time we had anticipated since he wasnt a grampa driver or a need for speed driver…
I only gave it 4 stars because of that extra charge that was being slap to me in the beginning of the night. But overall it was seriously a amazing night! I would recommend this business again and even my co workers and customers asked me how it went and with who I booked it with. I’ve told them that this is the service you want to try out. Despite the couple bad reviews I’ve read before booking. I took the risk… definantly going to use them in the future if I need to. :)

What a disappointment. I booked with Karl months before my August 17^th event. I called the week of the event to confirm everything. The morning of my sisters 40^th birthday party, I had 30 people waiting to board the bus. As it arrived, the driver informed me that the transmission was going out, we could not board the bus and there was not a replacement coming. The party was a huge let down. We had lunch reservations and had to scramble to put everyone in different cars.
I called Karl the next week to see if he could do something to make it up to my sister… He said he would take $ 20 an hour off our next rental. Not acceptable and poor customer service. My sister will never have another 40^th bday party. 30 people in Orange County will never use this service and I’m sure will each tell their friends not to use it as well. I hope no one has to experience the disappointment we had to after so many months of planning.
