Founded by Sandeep J. Shah and Samir I. Sheth in September 2005 under the principle that we treat our clients like we would want to be treated. Most, if not all, of our clients have become our friends, and that is how we do business.

Business Owner

Sandeep Shah is a founding partner of the law firm of Shah Sheth LLP which is located in Costa Mesa, CA, with satellite offices in Ontario and Riverside. Sandeep’s law firm primarily represents individuals in employment law and personal injury cases, and since starting the firm in 2005, Shah Sheth LLP has represented over 650 clients throughout California.

Prior to founding the law firm of Shah Sheth LLP in 2005, Sandeep was an associate at three large national law firms — Littler Mendelson in Century City, California and Greenberg Traurig in Santa Monica, and Buchalter Nemer in Irvine — where he practiced Employment and Labor law, and represented hundreds of small to medium sized businesses, up to large multi-​national corporations such as Taco Bell, Coffee Bean, and Vons Grocery Stores, in various employment-​related matters. Sandeep now focuses on representing and protecting small to medium sized businesses, employee rights, and the rights of individuals injured in accidents.
