The Dogs Meow

Brooke and Megan are amazing! My 1.5 year old husky loves both of them so much he can barely control himself when he sees them! The girls are dependable and really care about my little furball. They always have a full report when I pick him up. They have a great backyard where the dogs run around and play. Whenever my husky comes home he’s exhausted from all the playing and that’s hard to accomplish with him! There is nothing better than getting the photo and video updates throughout the day. If you need cage free boarding where you know your fur baby will be well cared for, you should definitely give this company a try.

Megan and Brooke are awesome! I trust these ladies with my furry child implicitly, and she LOVES them.
Lola is a fickle creature, who can be pretty temperamental at times. They know how to manage her nonsense and she always has a fun time with the other dogs. I can’t recommend the Dog’s Meow enough!

This was the worst experience anyone could have leaving their pet to be watched.
The girls are unprofessional and untrustworthy and if you love your dog do not trust them with your pet or you may get a few surprises as I did.
I am a long time homeowner in Costa Mesa (15+ years) I had to make a business trip overseas for one week. I did not want to leave my new English Bulldog puppy in boarding because she was not fixed yet therefore, I wanted to hire someone who would really be able to watch her. However, quite distressingly when I asked Brooke to text me some photos of my little puppy what I saw was that she had placed a shock collar on my little baby. Of course I was completely distressed — thinking the worst so I immediately texted her back asking she remove the collar at once. Filled with worry I asked my assistant to please drive from Los Angeles to check up on my pup unexpectedly as this was the first time I had boarded my dog anywhere since getting her so I was very concerned about making a 7 day trip out of the country.
On the 5^th day while I was out of the country, Brooke kicked my six-​month old puppy out of her boarding with no notice to me whatsoever and no contact with anyone on my emergency list. She did not care what happened to my puppy even though I was not due back for 2 more days. Apparently, she told the person that she gave my puppy to that she did not like the fact that I had asked for photos to be sent via text and the fact I had one of my assistants check up on her unexpectedly which I had done because I found out the day before that Brooke had placed a shock collar on my six-​month old pup and I wanted to make sure that the collar was off of my puppy and that she wasn’t being mis-​treated or harmed.
As anyone can imagine finding out that your six-​month old pup had a shock collar placed on it while its boarding is a distressing thought — so yes, I asked my assistant to check on it. To my surprise when my assistant showed up at their rental house in Costa Mesa, unannounced in the middle of the day, neither Brooke or Megan were there… what a surprise that was since I was told that either she or her partner would be there ²⁴⁄₇ … I would advise anyone who loves their dog not to trust this girl, she is just horridly unprofessional and untrustworthy and ruined my overseas trip with complete worry and distress.

Best dog sitters/​walkers I’ve used! Very professional, dependable and affordable. I think that their prices are the most reasonable. Brooke and Megan take great care of my dog, Jax. Definitely try them out, you won’t regret it!

I’m a dog trainer and I have used Megan and Brooke for my personal dogs and they have been awesome with my dogs! I have also referred several clients over to them and they have been very happy with their services. I would recommend The Dogs Meow very highly.

If you want your doggy coming home with a huge smile and pumped up for some more play time, Brooke and Meg can accomplish.
When it comes to travelling, If you are a loving parent but are hesitant, cautious and concerned who you board your baby with then look no further. We have left our little girl with Brooke and Meg multiple times ranging 1 night to 7 nights knowing that our girl is in amazing and caring hands. For the 1 – 2 night stays, it was to the point that our baby didn’t want to leave because she was having to much fun with all her new friends.
If, like our girl, your dog needs more of a ‘social hour’ with other dogs to become more comfortable then Brooke and Meg can arrange that with their daily walking service. Our little girl was attached by a Boxer when she was only 6 months old and was traumatized but with the help of Mike Sandman as well as Brooke and Meg our baby is getting more and more comfortable with other dogs, especially big dogs again which is amazing.
The Dogs Meow is the place to be.

Brooke & Megan are great gals & have been lifesavers for me & my big guy Buddy over the past year! I travel a lot internationally and they walk him daily when he stays with family here. He is a very loving but HIGH energy dog & the girls are a perfect match for him. He was also trained by Mike & the girls reinforce his training which is a great plus. He absolutely LOVES getting walked with other dogs & is now way better socialized as a result. He comes back grinning from ear-​to-​ear. He absolutely loves them & goes bananas when they pick him up!

There is not enough wonderful things to say about these two… lifesaviors!!! I recently started a business and am gone 12 hours a day. They pick up my sadie and she has daily day care with walks and trips to the beach. If it wasn’t for them sadie would be home alone all day… neglected. .instead she plays with her friends and comes home exhausted. Also since they work closely with my trainer and are small boutique day care I know she is safe and her training is being reinforced everyday!!!

You know when your dog loves going to someone else’s home, they are doing all the right things! I have been using «The Dogs Meow» for about a year now… for boarding while we travel, and weekly for walking and daycare. Rugby loves the place and Brooke and Megan have been exceptional — dependable, conscientious, caring, and loving. They always text or call to make sure I am ready for pick-​up. They also send me pictures and updates while I am away –Rugby always looks terrific and having lots of fun! I feel very comfortable recommending «The Dogs Meow» on every level! They have some great pet products too!

I took my lab to The Dogs Meow while I attended an event in Orange County. I haven’t left her with anyone before, so I was a bit nervous, until I met Brooke and Megan. They were extremely friendly right off the bat and my dog loved them immediately. I left feeling comfortable that she was in great hands and that I had made the right decision. I considered taking my dog to other places before I found the dogs meow, but after seeing the price difference and meeting Megan and Brooke, I would never go to anyone else. I strongly recommend taking your dog to the dogs meow whether it be pet sitting or dog walking. They are awesome!

Brooke and Megan are the nicest girls who love animals and they are wonderful with them. They provide a fun, safe environment for my dog with lots of activity and love. They have been taking excellent care of my 2 year old dog Henry for over a year now and he absolutely loves them. He goes nuts in the car as we pull up to the house and can’t wait to go inside and start his fun. I love it when they send me pictures and videos to check in and let me know Henry’s doing great. When I pick him up he is perfectly worn out which I love because he has a lot of puppy energy!
I have complete trust and confidence in Brooke and Megan. Their services are excellent and I don’t know what I’d do without them. It’s a huge relief to know your dog is in excellent, caring hands when you can’t be there. I never worry or feel any stress leaving Henry with Brooke and Megan. I highly recommend them!
